Hey guys today I'm back with one of the most requested Emirates videos which is about the Emirates open day and how does the process go. Here I will be telling you all the details about how that day went and what exactly are the qualities that EMIRAES are looking for in their applicants. The Emirates open day consists of a lot of group activities. And role playing activities. What are the things you should an should not do in such group activities? Stay with me till the very end and I'll share some great tips with you guys!

Yesterday I joined the Emirates recruitment day, the day before I watched this video and It really REALLY helped me. I passed all the assessments, I only have to wait for Dubai office response now. I hope for the best. Thank you so much for helping all of us, you're a blessing❤

Hii guys! Well, I passed everything I only had to wait for the golden call but they emailed me saying I wasn't picked. But It's okay, I went to the recruitment day without any expectation so I was alreadysuper happy when I arrived at the end of the process. They don't tell you why they don't chose you, though, so don't ask for feedback. From my experience and from my personal opinion, I think they chosed the candidates that had more "body", like muscles and height for the men and thickness for women, but that's just my opinion. Anyways, I can try again in 6 months (If you pass everything but you don't get the fall you must wait 6 months to try again, if u leave in the middle of the recruitment process because not suitable you can try again another recruitment day) I'll get you updated if I apply again!
If I can give you some advice: bring a bag with you that contains makeup, brushes and hair products because before the personal interview the recruiter will take some photos of you to send them to the Dubai office and he/she wants you to look FLAWLESS. Good luck to everybody!

Hey Akki, I'm planning to apply for this year 2023 as Cabin Crew at Emirates. I went through website for the open day and invite day. Got disappointed because it doesn't show Sri Lanka, mostly they focus in Europe. Kindly, Please assist me with this issue. Thank you

Hello, thank you for all the tips. My assessment day is next week, and your videos really helped me a lot. The only question I have is what to say when i walk to the recruiter and drop my cv. I made it through all of the assessments including the interview stage, everything seemed really positive and I was in high spirits. But then this morning I got an email saying that my application won't be progressed at this time 😞😓 I've never felt so dissapointed 😔
Please don’t be sad. Keep trying again and again. They might even change their mind and call you back later. Keep positive and keep trying

I assume that recruiters put specific people like this guy, who didn’t gave any chance to talk, into those group interviews with a purpose. And bet that they are also part of recruiting team🤷♀️ they need some provocation for real future worker’s
