@@tmfeldman3990 not sure. Over 4 hours with different Google technicians and 3 routers. One of which is 500USD bought in Sept 2020. Then finally gave up on nestcams and went for these by fluke. Nothing beats a 50,000+ bitrate old phone even using h.264 though.

I don’t understand why this doesn’t with work 5G WiFi. So if you connect through 2.4 network can you change your phones WiFi back to 5G and still use the camera. My 2.4 network doesn’t work in my house on my phone. So I’m always using the 5G network. So dumb. I was pissed when I opened the box and saw this in the user manual. They should list that on the box.
My screen is black on the app it won’t show video. It has a SD Card Inserted. I can hear everything and it sound detects but it won’t motion detect but I can’t see anything happening in my home. It just has a lil loading circle in the corner with a black screen and sound

No problem I dont have at&t but the easy way is to get as far away for the wifi router it might Automatically switch to the 2.4 the Closer you are the stronger the signal
Okay Download xfi. Then log into your account. After that click connect. When you get to the next screen Click the network. Then you have to click the pencil at the top of the page to edit your network. On the next screen you will have to click the Box where you use different names and passwords for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. You will then be able to connect the camera to the 2.4 network.
Life as h. It should work it something that your doing wrong, my cousin has AT&T and his work check back over the system using the book have someone help you and you will find where your making a mistake.
Honestly bro I would recommend telling the people to get a Amazon mini blink it’s on sale and it doesn’t require that. You can this type of camera from Lowe’s and Best Buy

@@EddieLeal 1.5 year-old nestcam IQ in case it helps. The bitrates of the nestcams are just too low unfortunately
You obviously don't know how to tune the settings. But don't feel bad most people either don't have the patience or the smarts.

Yes it will work with 5ghz once you connect it with the 2.4

The easiest way is to get as far away from your Wi-Fi router
In your internet settings on the phone you should get two option one being the 5ghz and the other will just have the wifi name choose that one
