The chemistry you have with your teammates is so good but have you ever had to deal with some personalities in the dressing room you’ve not gotten on with at all? If so how did you deal with that bc sometimes I struggle with certain players in my team and I don’t want it to affect my training.
@Lucas Payton wow, I thought i was the only one who's facing personalities difficult to deal with and sometimes, during training we square up with each other, like not hitting but vulgar word exchange....
Once you know what motivates all of your teammates, you have to find out how to get the most out of them. It’s not about getting along with everyone. Because we are all different and do not operate on the same wavelength. You have to find a working relationship. Exactly what everyone Hass to do in life when they go to their job. Just get it done.
Ron Simpson I completely agree and some sessions everything runs smoothly but sometimes there’s friction and ignoring it just doesn’t seem to work
