Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia (WA).

There is a requirement now in most areas of Perth that one must plant trees on the site.
Looks like a Californian suburb.
A big advantage that most areas of Perth have is the sandy soil not clay. Sandy soil is easier to build on and doesn't flood as readily as clay soil.
