There are other announcements from that person such as the NYPD on the platform, NYPD on the train and employees and supervisors under discussion as new way to tell us we are being held by dispatcher. Yes I do like the voice too, scares me a little bit but it be nice if the voice would be for another announcements for extra like train not running or going via some other train line tracks

They do that on purpose. When a new subway car fleet is tested for simulated stop testing, the doors will open on the opposite side at stations. This is what they did to not only the R211S but likely every subway car currently in the MTA's fleet, such as the R160, R143, R179, etc.
So This Means That The R211S Subway Cars On The Staten Island Railway Anyways Are Going Out For Regular Revenue Passenger Service Anyways Already After All Whatsoever Period Right?! HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaLOL!:-)
