Absolutely beautiful. I love the new concealers and setting powder. It works well on my mature skin. I feel like makeup brands sometimes forget about the mature makeup enthusiast. We are still alive and well and still love to look our best and truly appreciate when the formulas of products are curated in a way that's wearable/usable for all women...regardless of age range, skin tone and/or undertone. Yes thank you for the mention of the mature skin we still wear makeup to you know let's not get it twisted here we're still doing the thing and we want to be gorgeous as well so I'm going to try this powder and this concealer still haven't found the perfect match of the foundation but I'm going back for it so she's come out again with 10 different shades go Rihanna

Thank you so much I have been waiting for a hazelnut review on our skin tone. All the girls no matter how dark they are they shoot for nutmeg.
First I fell in love with Fenty because of the true shade range and the launch. I will always support them because of that. On top of that, Fenty is quality makeup. They did not just throw the shades together. I support everyone who has spoken out about shade range from the start, I have bought Alissa Ashley, Jackie Aina. I have Iman cosmetics. I am going to by Nyma Tang's lipsticks soon.

Very natural look!! I love it!! I’m 385 in Foundation & I also used 370 in concealer bc I’m not into the super bright look under my eyes. I also have the Honey shade in the powder!! Everything came out perfectly!! Nice & smooth natural looking!! Love this video!! You look so pretty 😍

Just returned from Sephora (3rd time this week), because I kept getting the wrong shade foundation. Saw this video and I knew 410 was my perfect match and it was! The salesperson tried to steer me wrong...again, but I was determined. Thanks Jessica for this review. The hazelnut setting powder is FAB also.Hoping to try the concealers next month.

I have the foundation in 380 but I bought 330 in the concealer, and the powder in honey. Havent tried the concealer and powder yet cuz yal girl is exhausted. But will be doing it tomorrow. You look fabulous diva!
Very pretty. I have the 370 & you’re correct it’s beautiful. Unfortunately for me NYX store is 10 steps away from Sephora in the mall. For contour, to save some coins, the NYX can’t stop won’t stop concealer in Deep Walnut is a beautiful contour. A little goes a long way. I also got NYX in Golden for highlight. Haven’t had a chance to use it just yet but it swatched beautiful in the store. For only $8.50 it’s it was worth a try.

I so agree with your thoughts on how font goes in-between shades to cover so many more skin tones! If she ever gets rid of any of her free styles highlighters, bronzers, lip bomb, etc... me and her will have to fight! lol Great video !!

Thanks for the informative review, which I'm late seeing. I am a close to your skin tone. You are so lucky to find a Fenty foundation shade to match. It looks beautiful on you. I've not been so lucky finding a match, after trying three shades of foundation.
Have you compared the Fenty Instant Retouch Setting powders to the Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying loose setting powder in caramelized peach (I know -- discontinued), or to the No7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Finishing powder in medium? I'd love to hear your opinion.

The finish on this is gorgeous. I feel like compared to your neck you’re looking a little too warm, but I think that’s bc of Honey. I also wear 410, and I find Banana to be very translucent under the eye.

Hey Girl Hey!!!!! I like a skin like natural look too. This looks really nice!!!! I'm eventually going to go and try to find a shade. I needed an olive undertone like 370 but 370 was a hair too light around the chin areas. I'm tired of looking for an exact match and settling. I could have gone for 390 but it was a bit orange and 380 was all the way red undertone. So I'm gonna go try 385. We'll see how that works out. But I have really dry skin so I'm a bit nervous about using it since everyone says it's pretty matte. But you never know. People say Lancôme is matte and that's my holy grail. I just don't set it. 🤷♀️

I'm looking your entire red and gold look! I love Fenty but I'm still having trouble with nailing down my undertone. I started with 390 as my summer foundation shade, which is still slightly on the warmer side but workable. 370 was way too yellow for my face then, but I never tried it as my winter shade. I just got a sample of 385 and I think it's too cool. I never thought to try the 400's but seeing you use 410 I'm thinking about it. 370 concealer looks like it might be my highlight shade.
I'm 410 in the foundation too but I got 385 for my concealer. Hmm, now you got me thinking I could have gone lighter too lol. But I do like 385 for a nice highlighted but natural look too and with the honey setting powder it looks nice and I love hazelnut for all over my face! I was surprised that it looks so good because I thought I needed nutmeg which actually was too dark.

Are the "Fenty" products hypoallergenic and expensive? I just been diagnosed with ecezma, and eye dermatitis which means I cant use concealer or makeup over my eyes.
Btw I use Maybelline fit foundation & concealer.

The foundation is 34+ tax, and I’m not sure if it’s claimed as hypoallergenic however, I have eczema (have had since I was a child) and it’s has not broken me out or have I had any flare ups. Unlike other foundations I know immediately! Also, I’ve used this foundation weekly since it was first released. I hope that helps!
I just started using fentu beauty products. I have a question about the makeup powder... Some people let it sit on their faces and one pressed it in their faces with a sponge. Which way do you prefer?

Lady Lucy It’s actually slightly lighter than the foundation, but you could use a concealer that’s the same color as your foundation to spot correct
Jessica, how would you compare or rate the hazelnut to laura mercier's deep powder? I have both colors of laura already so I'm not sure if i should purchase fenty's. I want to support but don't know the difference between laura and fenty. I'm 410/420 in fenty.
Honestly I have to keep using fenty to come to an absolute conclusion. I've been using the Laura Mercier deep powder for over a year and loved it. However, I'm wondering if I loved it just because they offered a deeper shade or because the product is actually really good. The fenty is a lot more finely milled and the undertone is my exact match. Laura is a bit warmer. Not only is the fenty powder finely milled, it gives a super smooth finish. If I had to choose which one between the two, I'd go with fenty. I'll still use my Laura Mercier powder though, but prefer fenty.

I also notice that Laura can be a little drying. Does Fenty dry you out at all?
I think Lauras Deep powder is a tad more red than Hazelnut. Im 430 and very yellow undertones. In natural lighting I would find that Lauras powder would be SLIGHTLY red/pink under my eyes... so if you have that issue, hazelnut may be good for you.

Did you got to Sephora to get matched for the foundation and concealer? My skin broke out bad these past 3 mos. I’m working on getting it right but I’m a little insecure about getting matched.
I did. However if you know your foundation shade it makes it easier to select your concealer. Just go a couple of shades up and down to highlight and contour. If you don't mind me asking, what was the cause of the breakout? I have a few recommendations.
Jessica Pettway to be honest, I’m not really sure. I just noticed my skin has become started very oily which is causing me to breakout more. It’s weird and so annoying 😩..

Is the foundation matte? Is it better to use the concealer as a foundation?
The foundation is a soft matte. Not drying but not extremely luminous. A natural finish. You could possibly do that. But I would only do that for days when you don't really wanna a full face look.
What would you say your undertone is?
