    Marinated this last night and grilled today. This is so good, thank you! Tastes just like the local farmers market vendor. Salamat po!

    Hey Rosie,
    I just discovered your page today when I looked for “ bbq chicken air fryer” on UA-cam. After I watched bbq chicken, I came across this video and now I’m super excited to try this new recipe! I’ve never heard of banana ketchup but “go big or go home”, right? Lol
    Anyway, I really like that your recipes (so far that I’ve seen) are simple enough for a beginner cook, like myself, to give a shot, but at the same time difficult enough to make it worth our while.
    I’m excited to watch any new videos and add ideas to up my current cooking-game

    How much long does each side take to cook ?

    • @RosieCooks
      @RosieCooks  2 місяці тому

      Hi Friend, a meat thermometer really helps. It doesn't take long at all. About 10 to 15 minutes. Until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

    No brown sugar?

    • @RosieCooks
      @RosieCooks  6 місяців тому +2

      This is an authentic recipe that I got from a Filipino woman. While brown sugar was not included in her recipe, the addition of brown sugar sounds excellent.

    What do you use to brush the chicken?

    • @RosieCooks
      @RosieCooks  3 роки тому +1

      Hi Friend, I noticed that I wasn't clear with my instructions. Set aside 1/4 cup of marinade before adding chicken. I added a note to the recipe.
