I thought this story was so outlandish. And then I thought about how I met my husband and thought well, no, not so outlandish. We were freshmen in college. He was playing an arcade game with a mutual friend of ours, a punk rocker named Rob Noxious. He had just come in from playing flag football and was covered in mud and blood. I asked him, "How was the game." He said something like it was alright and when I looked at the bloodstains, he said, oh don't worry it's someone else's blood. I asked him out to a floor party our dorm was having and we had a great time. Yeah, so maybe not so outlandish.

This term is from the the Summer of Love during the late 60s and through out the 70s. And adopt by Guns and Roses song "Sweet child of Mine" ...or so I believe. I used it myself when faced with persons who were very naive (or ignorant)about the decade.

Mmm depending upon the appearance and location, scars a great way to start conversations. I have distance issues, I can only really focus one eye so I don't have great depth perception but I have really good tactile feel. When I go fishing, I can feel all the slightest nibbles and hook "baitstealers".
