You cannot get Gorou in the Weapon banner right now, he will only be added to the weapon banner and standard banner after his banner.
It's a crime that they didn't put Sara on his banner, it would have been perfect, but instead we get c982 Barbara :]

Man my sister got so lucky on itto, she was saving up for itto for 4 months and last night she did a ten pull and got itto AND mona, the crazy part was she got a few wishes left so she pulled on the weapon banner and got itto's signature weapon! (I forgot the name lol) We were screaming at the top of our lungs last night lmao.

I had gotten a Qiqi yesterday on Albedo's Banner at 45 pitty after I got Eula and TODAY 35 minutes after the banner was out i decided to pull for Gorou and got Itto, I Am SO HAPPY rn. I am giving away all of my luck for all Itto wanters

I wasn't expecting him to be f2p friendly at first, but think about it.
Itto, ninggaung, gorou, and yunjin (sub is noelle)
I saw a showcase of whiteblind itto and he did great dmg. So yeah, you do not need albedo, or zhongli to make a good itto team.
I don’t think he is very f2p friendly since it requires his weapon to be more versatile
I think yunjin only buffs normal attack, but not charged
He’s not F2P friendly because he requires your supports to be well invested also.

First 10 pull: got a Barbara and Gorou. I must be the only one who played since day one and only now I got a C6 Barbara.
No samd i just got my c6 Barbara today, but idk if i will use her as i already have and use kokomi

How many primos did you use. Unless you want albedo or Eula then you can still save for itto

Do not give up! There are 20 days left on the banner! I hope you get him. I was so sad when I got diluc on the eula banner but after 40ish wishes I got eula! And the song of broken pines. This was the only time I was lucky. I lost every pity on character banners :( so unlucky. Good luck to you:)

I literally got him on accident early i was at 42 pity and did 2 ten pulls for gorou and ended up winning my first 50/50
I swear these banners have been super forgiving. I got Itto in a 50/50, 3 Gorous, Redhorn, Skyward Harp, and Skyward Blade in less than 160 pulls. Absolute insanity.
I honestly had a rly fun time testing out his trial. Ik some ppl are a little skeptical of his playstyle and kit, esp since he just came out, but I'm rly looking forward to playing more as him and building him (gorou as well!!) Also random thought, but i think all of itto's VA's are perfect, it makes it super entertaining just to run around as him. Personally tho i feel like his JP voice is rly underrated (love how feral and gremlin-like he sounds lol)
I agree! I got him a couple hours ago and so far he’s really fun to play imo, he also does great damage so it’s a win for me.

i saved up around 50 pulls (including shop) just to pull gorou and i was able to get him and i was so stoked & was gonna save the rest for whatever banner i wanted to pull on next, so i did one pull…and i literally got itto, i’m so hype but he’s gotta stay level 20 for a bit cause i was already raising gorou, i’m deff happy/sad lmao
This reminds me of your Childe summons earlier this year all you got were Barbara the curse still exists
the best part about itto is that he has the same voice actor as Saitama, that alone already makes him a god tier character

I got Gorou C4 and Itto, and still have 7k primogems as leftover, I had around 138 pulls which would be 22k, so in total I would have spent 15k primogems, which would be 94 pulls, which, btw, my pity before Itto was 0 guaranteed though), and he came home in around 20 pulls, so pretty lucky overall! Now I can save my pity and primogems for Ganyu or another re-run character!!
I had 41 wishes on my first 10 pull I got Gorou and a bunch of three stars on my second 10 pull I got my first ever sacrificial sword.
I stopped pulling while I was still on top and I'm going to see what the next banner will be 100% to see if I will continue to pull

I had a summoning session with my friends (as we always do for every banner!) I only want Gorou, my friend wanted Gorou (badly) and Itto, my gf only wanted gorou.
First up was my friend, she had 4000 ish primos and had to win a 50/50 since she got Albedo. Her ritual was using Kojou Sara as bait but unfortunately she didn’t get anything.
Next up was me with 3000 primos, I was guaranteed since I lost the 50/50 from Albedo and was scared. I’m not sure if I want itto yet- I made 1 ten pull and got nothing- then had no remaining to make a 10 pull so I made one wish and it was Gorou! I was very content. Xiao is coming home :)))
Finally was my gf, she also got albedo and only wanted Gorou. She had 6k primos and made 1 pulls. 1 pull, 2 pull… then on her 6th pull, she got a five star! That was 6 pity! Unfortunately for her it was Itto, she did not want Itto at all-
We had lots of fun and in the end I was the luckiest because I got what I wanted without loss lol

I got him yesterday, funniest dude, beaming with personality
I love this character so much. I’ve never leveled a character up to 90 day one but I farmed everything in advance this time. I got some pretty great artifacts too. I am sad I couldn’t get his weapon, ended up getting another skyward harp, but I suppose there’s still time. Rn I’m using black cliff sword on him and he’s still doing fine damage, with 20k a hit in his burst. And I’m using ninguang as a battery and to get her geo damage bonus. I’m definitely going to crown his auto and his burst just need more books.
was actually planning to save for xiao but did his story quest and fell in love. i got itto at 84 pity lol but at least i won the 50/50 so im happy.

I got Itto in 1 pull, my ritual was to make all your party members geo, my lucky spot was to sit on the table in where you met cloud retainer make sure you sit in front of the white bowl. I hope this helps!

gorou is extremely fun with geo teams, its really really dun i guarantee it. if you have at least two geo characters built try him out

By what I know is Ittos play style is getting over 4 stacks then using his burst and doing a charge attack which will do a combo

I feel like itto is the best character to have solo, I never switched during his story quest or his trial run
Was pulling for Gorou, got Gorou and won 50/50 with Itto somehow after previously winning with Eula..Didn't really want him since I was mainly hoping for Diluc, but I think it's safe to say I used up all of my luck with Mihoyo for next ten yrs🙈

Got Gorou on my 11th pull so that was pretty fun! I might pull some more on the Itto banner for constellations and then the weapon banner and see what I can scrounge up
I got him 2 mins after the banner dropped, he has to be one of my favorites
I just got him to lvl 50 and I love him so much he's so cool and fun

Itto is soo cool and unique. Even though he's not very meta I'm definitely going to have to get him simply because of his awesome animations and unique skills
I actually think he is pretty meta. In a monogeo comp with gorou he’s xiao level if not better.

My Itto does 45k on his E during burst and every strike is 15-20k and his last one is 25-30k. I'd say that's meta af

My friend was summoning for itto and at 70 pity they won the 50/50 and right after got qiqi. It was great and they also got a barbra.
I had 110 pulls. Lost 50/50 to Mona but in the fifth 10pull i got Itto. As of 4 stars i got C5 Gorou, 2 Barbaras, 1 Xiangling and a Sara. I got 2 The Bells, a Sac Bow, a Rainslasher and a Flute. Pretty good huh
I got qiqi and than i got 2 ittos in 20 pulls

Guys I need your help. As a complete F2P, I have c1 Eula with SOBP, and in 3 hours her banner ends.
_I want c3 Eula but at the same time really want itto; I currently have 32k primogems with 25 intertwined_

I already have c6 xiangling and I hate Barbara ong for ittos banner
Then for Eulas I need Bennett constellations, and I don’t have rosaria
Got a c2 Baal last time so I’m on the 50/50 or both

as a fellow f2p i'd recommend you to save for more characters because think about it. c3 eula is 4 5* , which can means 4 5* characters that you can have fun with. so you gotta be honest with yourself do you want 4 different characters that you can choose from or one super strong/min-maxed character that i hope you don't get bored from.
at the end, the choice is yours depending on how you play
