    I used to buy drugs from Silk Road all the time back in 2012-2013 until it shut down. Very smooth and easy, never had any issues. Haven’t used TOR since but I’m guessing there are similar sites that have replaced it.

    Just FYI on gangs, including Outlaws & Hell’s Angels: they all have very well-paid, smart, middlemen/women. My first husband was a dealer..while also working in a State House of Representatives. He was mainly a middle-person, from a small rural town and had friends who had gone into the Outlaws, I only accompanied him a few times because, while he insisted these scary looking guys were “harmless country boys”; I worked in an Emergency Room and had dealt with some of them under VERY different circumstances. When I became pregnant, I put my foot down & gave him an ultimatum. There was no way I was going to continue to wonder whether we were safe from the gangs; or if law enforcement was going to show up. He insisted he’d stopped dealing and things were going well..until at 7am a cop was banging on our door…I was able to put him off, at 8months pregnant, my husband was out of town & I wasn’t feeling good. Later that day, I started searching the house..some things the detective said insinuated my husband was still dealing. In the very back of a long closet in the baby nursery-4 bales, still wrapped up, covered with hand-me-down toddler girl clothes from my sister in law. It was probably about 10lbs/bale. I freaked out. I left, stayed with my best friend until he cam back to town, and told him to get his weed and belongings out of the house. At first he tried making all kinds of excuses..until I informed him of my early morning visitor. He insisted he threw the bales into a dumpster..I wasn’t born yesterday. Longer story short, he DID give it up, but almost overnight went from selling 50-100lbs of weed and some other drugs, every week…to being a born-again Christian trying to save his old biker friends…and me. He literally carried this notebook, like a high school binder, filled with Bible stuff and how to “witness”-down to “if someone says this”, “you say this”.
    The bottom line though; the Outlaws, even in the 80’s, had a few members who were nerds: tech nerds, investing the money they made on drugs in FOREX, Stocks and even Real Estate. I knew the head of that group of Outlaws, Rabbit, had been in Real Estate, worked with Hells Angels, became an outlaw, and looked like a fat, sloppy Steve Bannon..except Rabbit had a huge beard. You never know..,

    • @scottvelez3154
      @scottvelez3154 3 роки тому

      So, was the born-again Christian thing real or was it an act?

    • @elaineg60
      @elaineg60 3 роки тому +3

      @@scottvelez3154 Oh..that was over 30yrs ago when we split, he’d gone from one extreme to the other..and as much as I loved him; I couldn’t deal with either extreme. He’s mellowed out over the years-Thank God, literally; but he’s still “born again”.
      The hurtful part is that in the 8 or so years we were together; we had quite a few gay friends, both men and women. Over 18 years later, our beautiful daughter came out and introduced us to her, now, wonderful wife. When he first went to the religious extreme, he basically told our gay friends that they either change/deny their true selves and become “saved” or he could have nothing else to do with them. He went from believing they were born that way and it wasn’t a choice-to “you chose this with the devil’s temptation “. I was scared to death, as was our daughter. Nope! HE accepts her and her wife as they are..HOWEVER, his second wife seems to think being gay is “contagious” and won’t allow them in their home nor anywhere near her 2 half sisters she loves dearly. Her two half sisters JUST turned 18 & 20 and see my daughter and her wife pretty frequently because of where they are in college. They are also “born again”, but MUCH more open-minded and tolerant than their mother. My girls are going to be here next week and I’m hoping we can call and check in on my eldest’s dad. He was the love of my life and I’d always hoped we could somehow work things out. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t deal with EVERY sentence, remark, everything that came out of his mouth those first 4-5 years were Bible verses, from those sore books he carried everywhere..and I mean EVERYWHERE, or thanking or repenting to Jesus.
      I’m NOT anti-Christian; I’m not even atheist. But after a childhood of being forced to attend masses daily, parochial schools and camps, punished in convents and beat with a belt by nuns and a priest? I want nothing to do with ANY organized religion. And I don’t think it’s right to try and threaten or force someone into your belief system. My ex and I actually shared this because of our parents and the way we were both raised..but everything changed when he became “saved”.

    I'm 5 months late here, but I wanted to say that you aren't giving the Hells Angels nearly enough credit. I've been out for awhile, but back in the 90's I believe they owned a significant amount of the catering companies in California. They also have an advanced and intricate system in place for dealing with almost any situation. Hits are performed by specialized individuals, their cuts will have "Renegade" on them. Renegades are basically nomads and when a hit is needed they get one or more. It's almost impossible to solve a murder by someone from another state with zero ties to the victim.
    They also utilize highly educated and trained individuals in every facet of their business.
    Edit: when I say I've been out, I do not mean out of the Hells Angels, I've never been associated, I merely meant out of any interest or keeping up with the organization in general.
