I love the idea of the bagriders. But at the same time I worry. You can be forced to gate check any bagage kart, if your flight is crowded. What if your first flight is crowded and they make you gate check the bag rider. Then you won't know if you will have it available for your layover... Of course they will tell you that they will do their best for it... That's what they always say. It doesn't always mean anything.
It’s a fair concern but our twins have flown with the bag riders about 10 times now and we’ve never been asked to check the carry on bag. With that said there’s more of a chance of this happening if you use the car seat because they can ask you to check the car seat if the child doesn’t have a seat or if the seat isn’t FAA approved so that’s something to keep in mind but for the bagrider we’ve never had an issue 🥰 I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
@@SummerWinterMom Thank you. I think indeed we should keep things like that in mind, but not let it stop us. Maybe I would keep the most important things in a plastic bag seperately above everything else in the carry on bag. In case they ask to check it in, you can quickly take that out. Just as a plan B.
so cool! I've never heard of those tips🙉😍
Thanks! I’m so glad I could share - these all have been so helpful for our family! 😍🙌
