What a mother, protector, hunter, and love for her cubs. Love her sister, as well she was on time, when she needed her. those lions New what they wanted in the mean time, the other lionesses could of got away as they were hunting the two. Great story
Wow !! What a turnaround,I thought she was a goner ,but heard the eating and limped over ,only for it to be her long lost sister and her cubs ,,,it's happy ,sad ,happy sad it's NATURES WAY !!! 👍🏼
This should def be a Hollywood movie- The queen who out smarted two kings 👑 of Africa ❤ She is the exception to the rule! I have watched this video over & over I just love this lioness ❤ & god willing her cubs & her sisters cubs have a beautiful life with their own cubs to raise 🐾🦁🐾🦁♥️👍
This is a Beautiful Documentary.... The Filming and Narration is Superb. Maniari is an Example of How a Lioness is. She and her Pride are stunning.. It would be so nice to see an Update on Maniari and her PRIDE. THANK YOU TO THE PHOTOGRAPHERS, NARRATOR, WHO MADE THIS BEAUTIFUL, DOCUMENTARY.... GOD BLESS MANIARI, and her PRIDE...PLEASE CONTINUE TO MAKE THESE BEAUTIFUL DOCUMENTARIES..
well i have never been first to comment, or second even- but i'll take it😉. can't wait to see where this adventure leads- i'm never short of amazed when on a Go Wild expedition!
Manyari is one smart Lioness 💗 ... It's funny everytime they show all 8 teenage cubs playing they have this corky music especially for them. ;-) 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾💗
Lovely inspiring heartfelt story. Out with the great old , 🦁in with the new strong determined youngs.🦁🦁. Maniari is a spectacular hunter n mom💥 her sister is also great family. Its amazing to see them defend their youngsters.💯 great narration....thanks👍🏾
You are to be commended for your gifts and talents in producing such extraordinary lion documentaries. I could watch the lions all day. Thank you for giving the world a chance to see these lions in everyday life. May God bless each who had a part in production.
truly stunning...such an incredible story, full of action and suspense, heartache, challenge, despair and success. i can say unequivocally that this is currently my absolute favorite documentary on lions. I will warn that there are a couple of scenes, which to me because they are totally natural, are completely acceptable- but for some younger viewers or those somewhat sensitive to footage displaying somewhat gnarly wounds, some slight cringing may be experienced- but i would far rather cringe at the circle of life going round, than at a gratuitous and useless rendition of a zombie apocalypse, but i digress...i just really loved this production and certainly hope that if accolades be given, that this piece be considered and awarded the highest of praise and prize. Fantastic work ladies and gentlemen- may peace be with you always and everywhere and thank you so much for your tireless efforts to bring this fascinating tale to the world...

I love watching them so so much thank you this is a really good one 👍👍👍👍😀😀❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely WONDERFUL everything about it, made me subscribe to the channel also hoping there will be a part two. I would love to see how the kiddos turned out where they went what troubles they faced, also the star of the documentary and her sister and how things went going back to the pride and starting the cycle all over again. What a beautiful lioness!!!!!
It was such a beautiful bittersweet moment when all the cubs came to say goodbye to Manyari before escaping. Lions are incredible animals although their societal structure can be frustrating and gruesome.
A truly magnificent story with such a magnificent lioness. So brave, so courageous, so intelligent, a firmed determination to save her bloodline, her children and her sister's children. I have this pensive sadness as the story closes. I want it to go on and on. She is such an extra-ordinary lioness. I love the song that played at the end. I think that music added to my feeling of being down hearted. I tried to look for that music but can't find it😞
Manyari is one of a kind. Unlike MOST Lionesses, she didn't let her cubs die or be killed. She literally sacrificed her life for her cubs; ALL of them! I applaud her bravery.
I've seen so many of these episodes this one here I've seen a few times over & it leaves me speechless how incredibly smart animals in the wild are but these lions wow I would love to pick someones brain on how is it that these lions do the things they do. Awesome...
ok so gonna go for 1st and 2nd today and say that at 8 n 1/2 min in and i am obsessed! i have never seen such a look at pride activity as i am seeing right now... the behavior captured by this team of film makers is amazing and the night vision of the cameras is spectacular...this is gonna be so, so good!!!!!!!
At 14:15, how did the videographers know Manyari wasn't signaling to her cubs that she was leaving, and that they should quietly follow her ? They couldn't know for certain. It's an unusual step, so who really knows what her intentions were ? Clearly, her actions towards her cubs were affectionate, so she may have been quietly indicating that they should join her. She made no moves to dissuade them, so I prefer to think that she meant for them to escape their impending deaths. That's what mothers do, protect their young, especially when she'd already invested time & energy into their survival.
There were different lions throughout the film that were portrayed as being all the same pride but clear physical characteristics show these were random clips of multiple different lions, not the same pride like the film says.
Is really hard to believe its only instinct with no level of consciousness. Especially when lions are saying goodbye to each other, its like if they knew what is happening.
Thats how powerful hunger is as it will make you live your own mother dying in the field lion n human alike sadly. that was supa sad my child but you gotta wonder how they get all this on camera.
Can anyone tell me the namen of end credits song pls? I know the original music was given by jacky hanouna from the credits but I couldn’t find. Appreciate your help in this.
You know, I've always wondered 🤔💬... are they positive that when the mothers pee on their cubs it's affection?... I just be thinking that it's a way to keep them specifically scented 🤔🤷🏽♀️...
i dont think these lions are really hungry and at night, but dont they seem like they are doing more like a job or something ?, and if you had known this they are not always hungry and only they eat i think they have been fed by others, like some animal lions may be run into
and i am not sure if this had not been yet thinking , was tthere importasnt reason why this had to be shooting at night and they have to be there to protect the people same time so, so just becuase what you do wasnt required to think, and dont think less then what they are their for safe for you and safe for them
Everyone says that lions can see in the dark well she didn't see that thing she ran into that tore her up. I'm sure they can see better than us but still not as good as people think.
Too much cut and paste of different lions trying to make out they are the same lions. The biggest problem with these types of docos. Eg Shamrock didnt have a tuft on his tail next scene he has got one.
werent anyone does wonder why lions are there without king, if with king then would be king's lion, and lions king usaully does means king lions female or king female lions , that why they say lions king
Omg !! How sad the male lion with ½ a baby lion in its mouth ,I yelled ,ahhh ..... I'd never want my granddaughter to ever ,ever see anything like this ,it should have a warning on it , sensitive audience.... Still interesting, except for that part ....poor babies.....IT SHOULD HAVE A PARENTAL GUIDANCE WARNING ...just saying...
What an inspiring story! Maniari is truly a unique lioness. Great narration as well.
O

What a mother, protector, hunter, and love for her cubs. Love her sister, as well she was on time, when she needed her. those lions New what they wanted in the mean time, the other lionesses could of got away as they were hunting the two. Great story
What a wonderful account of a magnificent lioness, Mayari.
Indeed she is wonderful and caring Queen...
Wonderful documentary. Truly enjoyed seeing what those lionesses would do for their cubs
Beautiful Mother, to sacrifice her life so her children can be free.♥️ A true mother's Love for babies😪
Wow !! What a turnaround,I thought she was a goner ,but heard the eating and limped over ,only for it to be her long lost sister and her cubs ,,,it's happy ,sad ,happy sad it's NATURES WAY !!! 👍🏼

Love the narrator, really an emotional story, thanks to all the filming team, because it's a gard job but you provide good content.

I thought she was a goner for sure. It’s fascinating how lions can sustain life threatening injuries and still survive
What a study of behavior of lions 👍
Very good documentary..👌

Best lioness everr
와, 이렇게 아름다운 야생동물 영상을 볼 줄은 몰랐네요. 자연은 정말 대단해요!
The lions life is a violent struggle, not only from their quarry but the others of their own species.
A mix of footages ... especially the Shambok fight.
Never thought the cub will be ripped off by adult lion. Wow!!
There were different lions throughout the film that were portrayed as being all the same pride but clear physical characteristics show these were random clips of multiple different lions, not the same pride like the film says.
I want to cry
Maniari is a General.
💛💛💛
REDUX OF A 2012 SEVERAL TIMES OVER; THINK YOU HAVE SEEN IT, YEP!
Seems ya gots a ghost in your story...shortly after beginning XO
WHAT YEAR WAS THIS DOCUMENTARY FILMED?
Is really hard to believe its only instinct with no level of consciousness. Especially when lions are saying goodbye to each other, its like if they knew what is happening.
oh your one of those people that think animals have no soul or consciousness you should watch black fish
Thanks! I'm going to go check it out. Blessings!
Why not? Those who can sense have consciousness.Maybe you confused “consciousness” with “conscience”.Both have different meanings.
27:56 I don't understand why they all don't go out and hunt and get them something to eat instead of fighting over one little bull
I like the narrator s voice on this film. I also like the Ads, sofar!
🙏❤❤❤
MANYARI CHANGE THE GAME 4A LIONS
Queremos segunda parte
Thats how powerful hunger is as it will make you live your own mother dying in the field lion n human alike sadly. that was supa sad my child but you gotta wonder how they get all this on camera.
Beautiful pretties
Can anyone tell me the namen of end credits song pls? I know the original music was given by jacky hanouna from the credits but I couldn’t find.

it is like watching a Greek tragedy 😶

Beleber sore lah mung pokko
Is this normal behavior?
Maybe when the cubs are soon to grow up, so running and buying a bit of time makes sense?
Wow 😳😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😳😳😂 u are not in
😪😪🦁🦁
Everyone says that lions can see in the dark well she didn't see that thing she ran into that tore her up. I'm sure they can see better than us but still not as good as people think.
the sh-- that women have to do these days even in lion society
really um ok
Too much cut and paste of different lions trying to make out they are the same lions. The biggest problem with these types of docos. Eg Shamrock didnt have a tuft on his tail next scene he has got one.
나는 야생동물 서식지를 소중히 여기고 보호하는 세상에 살고 싶습니다
The artistic license here makes this incredibly unwatchable.
