@@andreasalgado8244 They take power metal to a comedic extreme. Their success is based on them not taking themselves seriously, and the reason their songs are so good is because they're not serious. It's supposed to be funny. The musical arrangements are filled with obvious clichés as much as the lyrics and you just know they laughed their asses off while recording the music. When you write comedic music it tends to be great because you're unhinged. Just look at Dethklok, Finntroll etc. I love it
Must confess I fell for Thomas and really suffer. I know it's stupid, but can't help... He's radiant, all the way he behaves...on stage and interviews...wish I could get rid of that madness but seem to be in morbid love

festivals usually hire incompetent sound technicians, the live mix sounds as good as you would expect it to, it's just the recording that gets screwed up
Not sure if you went or not, but usually open stages like that screw up vocals, they are trying to throw their voice out. When I went (a few weeks ago), it was a closed theater and he sounded AMAZING! Just from the concerts I've been to usually the pep is lost in open stages compared to closed in ones.
Thomas is sick here but still gives it a 100%. Props to him, strong dude!!!!
