I have issue that my laptop never get started, only stucking on hp (victus) logo. So ı checked for the ssd test in that section. When ı tried to cancel extented test, it's stucked so ı turn off laptop. Do you know that what ı was doing causes any damage to ssd because now ı get result that is warning in ssd test section
It is showing no storage found in storage check. What could be the reason, and how to resolve it. Please note that it passed hard drive check. Thanks in advance

you can remove ssd , if still problem , replace ram for test
