"Are Assured Instant Hand Sanitizers made in Mexico potentially dangerous, but the ones made in China deemed safe?
That's a question I asked the FDA. A spokesman for the agency returned my email quickly saying while the recall is for the facility in Mexico, you should not use any hand sanitizers from this brand, no matter where it's made. He sent me the following statement:
"The FDA recommends that consumers immediately stop using these hand sanitizers and dispose of the bottle in a hazardous waste container, if available, or dispose of as recommended by your local waste management and recycling center. Do not flush or pour these products down the drain or mix with other liquids.” "
I guess it was a blessing in disguise that everytime I went to my local dollar trees none of them had hand sanitizer. The last time I bought assured was in early December...even before COVID 19 was an issue in the U.S. I ended up having to randomly buy hand sanitizer when I was at a grocery store or Target. Blessing in disguise I guess

The Dollar tree there has the shelves full of hand sanitizer and alcohol,it's impossible to find it here and the DT stores in my area.That was my fave part seeing all that sanitizer and alcohol. I wish I could cash app u some money to mail me some here to Ga.

Dang girl your stores have a bunch of stuff! My store doesn’t have anything and the other DT is 50 miles away 🤦🏼♀️
I can only guess stores all get same stuff just not all the same time. since they dont scan shelf to order, they just stock any and all they get anytime. so like anything that we see in videos , just gotta cruise or roam around and discover stuff u not expect any. and not all stores are big so i guess size of store get so much stuff i guess so gems are around anytime.
I got some of those popsicles. The Dollar Tree I go to also had Blue Raspberry Lemonade popsicles too.

Seeing variety comments and been to a variety of dt stores myself that i know not all the stores are the same size. so stores get what tehy can get i guess but stuff changes anytime. they stock what they get and once it gone then may not get no more.
Michael's by my house has Christmas stuff out. My cousin still has her Artificial tree up. Plus it's lovely decorated to match her furniture.🌲🤗

I heard that the cdc just put out a list of hand sanitizers that do not get rid of COVID and assured is on the list. Please check for yourself but I just wanted to give you and everyone else a heads up on that.
