Hmmm. Looks like Dexter and Buster have noticed that the kittens are getting old enough to try escaping from the room pretty soon. They seem to be working together to try to hold it off as long as possible or at least have warning when it does happen. Nice to see those boys working together.
Poor Midas, hissed at by dad and toy stolen by mom! Buster was comfy, didn't like the smell of the kitten box and didn't get a treat! However that was the first time I've seen him get in from the side and how he actually gets his butt to fit! Nice shot! Let's see... in human years, the kittens have just hit their terrible twos! I loved the video! I thought Dexter might have hissed at Midas because he was startled by his son when Midas came out from behind the door. I think Dexter is getting used to fatherhood. Ada is a wonderful mom! You can tell that she's still very young because she loves the toys as much as her kittens. Seeing Uncle Buster next to Ada's strawberry cream coloured boys, Buster does look like their surrogate father. It makes me wonder how much his biological nephews actually look like Buster. The kittens are precious and are growing so quickly. ❤
That ”panther ball” toy that you threw to Midas but Ada intercepted, is my Mörri’s fav toy. She is 12, soon 13 so she doesnt play that much, but the sound of that ball can still make her come running to hunt it! Dexter acting all cool, like ”ive always tolerated kittens, what ha talking about grumbling”! Icarus and Achilles fighting was so cute and Iris with her Box training. Still loads to learn, but Icarus(?) mastered the unusual ”sideways box” technique, even Buster can’t do that (since he big, you would need a huge box for him to do that!). Lovely day with amazing bunch of kittens and their family. It made me smile seeing Dexter walk among his little kittens without being bothered about them and Even his eyes looked playfull when he jumped on the tray, instead of squinting and thinking of murder 😂 And sometimes even Master Buster needs to carried to the box, his tricks don’t come without a list of demands!

I guess there is a rivalry between Dexter and Buster, when it is Ada. Dexter is not much to be with the kittens, like fathers usually do, but with Buster outside the room door, Dexter entered fast enough, and put himself between Buster and Ada. Kittens are just having fun, while showing some caution, when Dexter hissed at them, but got back to have fun again 😊
Dex probably would like to bat the kittens & roll & tumble around with them to play, but he might be studying sweet Busters decorum and gentle nature!! Dex is father of the year(2025) says me!!!🎖️🏆🐱👏
