Bought some notes.....can you imagine Baja back in the day? No FN way. Times sure have changed. Is this common practice now?
the game has certainly changed from "Can we make it" to "How fast can we make it" haha but yes it's definitely common just to get an overview on a new course!
Aloha brother, great truck by the way. Glad you chased your dreams. Two points, many winners back in the day cheated the course, all the short cuts were secrets. The real point however is that rich dudes that don't have to work had a major advantage for decades because they could prerun for days. While all the normal dudes just had to show up and race relying on years of past experience in the baja. That is why I commented. I wonder who the first note seller was? That would be an interesting tale. Have a great week. Good luck at the 500.

Had the money to walk up and buy a truck.....that's why everyone that wants to race and can drive wont be able too...the ppl that can drive don't have 100,000 to up and buy a truck to start racing......
