Alright. So, old 1games fan here. That baby deer attacking you was actually a player. Life of deer was actually an online game. I originally thought they were NPCs too, but once I tried to interact with another player through spinning with them, they'd actually respond similarly to what I was doing. Not in an AI replicating the player way, if that makes sense. But it also is kind of obvious once you start to consider how only the players have healthbars and that particular deer model. When I was younger, that game was like a cute goofy story game to me. It was the game that introduced me to 1games. I'm a huge nerd for this kinda stuff, this video was a nice little memory refresher :3c If you ever document the history of 1games community shennanegains, I'd love to see it because the community was and still is goofy)
@Foxgurloli YEAA, maps are shared rooms which you dip in and out of, it's just the quests that change. Players all are at different points in gameplay hence why the models are sometimes adults or babies but they all look the same otherwise. The NPCs present in these maps are client sided though I think? I don't recall ever seeing bunnies/npc deer chasing other player deer but that may just be because I haven't witnessed it happen or because I forgot.
@@IAMINYOURFLOORS thats pretty comedic lol, the player controlling the baby deer had exquisite timing because it really does add to the plot of the story, that being the baby deer being angry at you for taking it's father, the same way you were angry at the hyenas and tiger for taking your own father

im actually pretty sure thats exactly what happened. they are all reuinited in heaven, and the player deer feeling exhausted and tired while fighting the tiger is them, sadly, dying.
The “baby wolf” we see when helping “father wolf” fight the hyenas looks just like the “kitten” we follow as a faun. My theory is that the kitten we see as a faun is actually supposed to be a wolf pup (but for some reason looks like a cat), and that the “father wolf” is the same small animal we had followed when we were younger. With how much time had passed, both of us would have changed significantly. I loved playing this game, and it honestly made me a bit emotional at the end.
@@Foxgurloli I mean, we’ve seen throughout the game that their animals aren’t very uh.. accurate? So maybe it’s just a mistake. Like how the Elk forest god was actually a moose, or that the unicorn had wings, or that the maybe-wolf was a kitten. Loved the video!

What a nostalgia trip- you just unlocked so many core memories for me. I played so many of these games as a kid- 1games and glutenfreegames were really up there for me, among others. Loved animal games. I've only ever been reminded of these games a handful of times due to recognizing common store-bought or free assets used for these games, like those old ass wolf models. Or certain sound effects. I might have to revisit these some day.. thanks for the trip down memory lane!
waittt the unintentional(?) cliffhanger ending at the end KINDA genious tho likeeee..... it attracts ppl to theorize & conclude their own ending themselves. W game fr 💯
I like how they made the game end because it makes the player think of what the ending COULD be instead of giving a solid answer, it leaves the viewer to think and make their own ending which often leaves us more happy with the outcome. Overall 11/10!! would recommend if I wanna make someone cry:)
I remember playing eagle simulator, wolf sim online, this kitten simulator but seems like I never played this one! It still feels very nostalgic and I love the way you narrated the story. I find the blurry pictures with the texts pretty scary ngl, would have been scared of as a child, or not haha, we later on realize how weird some things might have been in the past. Moreover the sound design is very striking. Thanks for introducing this game to me!! 😊
Thank you for sharing this game with us!! Honestly, I spent the whole vid thinking this was some sort of ARG or an original creation of yours. So many of the screen caps, wording, and visuals are honestly downright chilling and morbid... Def not something I'd expect from a real mobile animal sim. Played a lot of em growing up and I wish I had played this one too :)
i played wolf online 1 and 2 all the time growing up!! definitely wasn't the best thing developmentally with all of the rude hackers and creeps on there, but the game was fun to play solo!! i was always a lone wolf lol
I used to play dog simulator by rocket games on my iPad in the app store. and my favorite thing to do in game was to take my dog family to the highest mountain to watch the sunset. I never knew why. but it was fun.
I used to love this game when i was little. Im happy someone made a video on it! This game was so ahead of its time and cinetamic and in a way that most games werent back then Also those images with the animals and the text below it are much creepier than i remember, my gosh
Oh my God. I remember that game! I was so surprised to see someone talking about it, and it was one of my favorites. I don't remember exactly, but my phone kept crashing and I never saw the end. Before I watch your video, I'll see if I can find a way to change that. If not, I'll come back; thank you so much for bringing back my childhood
Yo me and my friends used to be obsessed with these “simulator” mobile games! This definitely reminded me of back then lol. I played the dragon sim and raptor sim mostly. This one was kinda beautiful tho. A hidden gem for sure.
my favorite appstore hidden gem is seashine, its so beautiful and like… some people think its terrifying, others find it relaxing, im one if the people who find it relaxing and playing it helps me calm down when im having anxiety attacks ^_^
I used to play the all the time when I was younger, it made me so sad and somehow felt so lonely. Coming back to it today is something I would’ve never even imagined haha, thank you did the video and memories!
I absolutely love the liminal feeling most of their games had. I remember I used to play wolf online a lot with my friend until one day I was in an almost empty server and it freaked me out so bad I turned it off and never played it again 😭
1Games is pure nostalgia to me. Not necessarily jovial, but more so longing for a more innocent time kind of nostalgia, y'know? I still miss the innocence of just goofing off, talking to people, so on. I still think of the people I've met on online mobile games. Wildcraft (of which is still on my tablet!), the entirety of 1Games, simulators like that. So much has happened since then, and I still remember being freaking Galxy the lynx on Wildcraft, or Blueberry the blue compsognathus on Dinosaurs online - and I miss those days. I didn't have to worry about anything except for schoolwork then, and life felt so simple. If anyone remembers meeting someone like that feel free to reply and say hi. ^^
Omg I remember playing this, I had cried so much over it. It made me realize just how much damage humans do to wildlife and also that revenge won’t get you anywhere, definitely was one of my favorites
The story is understandable and good even with the game's mobile limitations, and grammar issues. Chances are with a story like that "Life of Deer" is probably better than most mobile app games you see nowadays, which just explains for itself as to how far the app store has come yet hasn't gone great.
you know i think i mightve played this? but i dont think i ever finished it. its nice to see how the story went after all this time, thank you for this!
i used to play these games ALL THE TIME! WAO (Wild animals online) was actually very popular, and they created Life of Deer and Life of Deer 2 and Wild zombies online which also corresponded with WAO servers. The games were... low quality at the most but it still was lovely. and things called POS which were exploited point farmers were EVERYWHERE. if you befriended someone with one of those, then you were basically set on that game lmao. Life of Deer i've now just realized is... scary, and sad tbh. the graphics fill me with a nostalgic feeling almost.
I remember a 1games wolf simulator that you could just cheat the in-game purchased by pressing “restore purchases” and it would just give you everything even if you didn’t buy it before
I used to play this game all the time, it's my all time favorite next to Life of Leopard and Life of The Black Tiger! Thank you for covering this amazing game, I hope you cover the other Life Of games to!! Keep up the amazing work!!

oh my god i used to play life of tiger so much. the huge black tiger model jumpscared me it was like i was yanked back into childhood so violently. i love how many of the stories ended up including such simple missions that ultimately led to revenge and tragedy. it was perfect. i loved it so much. the tiger game was always my favorite. i liked feeling evil.

The online deer game reminds me of The Endless Forest, which is the childhood deer game I was obsessed with as a child. It still has an active community. Interesting how games about the lives of animals make for the strongest memories.
you just unlocked my entire childhood. I faintly remember playing this
i remember me and my little sister playing this game. it was unlike every other animal simulator ive played and the story is beautiful
Oh God I remember playing a similar game which was about the life of the black tiger 😭 the nostalgia from these type of games is insaneee
Life of Black Tiger is my Roman empire fr
@@geministrial950 REAAAL IT HAD SUCH A SAD ENDING FROM WHAT I REMEMBER
15:46 Heh, enDEERing? (Really good video 100/10)
LMAO!!
another oli ravioli banger, im not even gonna lie i started crying while watching this, this is such a beautiful interpretation of the story, now i wanna go hug my mom... thank you oli, i look forward to your next video!!!
the nostalgia this just unlocked is crazy
This game was so wacky…I remember there being a game like it called Life of Wolf that I couldn’t play because when I switched to an iphone it broke one of the buttons. I love these games anyways. That wind whooshing sound brings back so many memories.
I feel like at the end you are playing as your own baby fawn. Like an endless cycle💗🦌
"One last video before i sleep."
THE VIDEO😭:
omg wait I played this as a child, you just unlocked a deeply forgotten memory
What a nostalgia trip- you just unlocked so many core memories for me. I played so many of these games as a kid- 1games and glutenfreegames were really up there for me, among others. Loved animal games. I've only ever been reminded of these games a handful of times due to recognizing common store-bought or free assets used for these games, like those old ass wolf models. Or certain sound effects. I might have to revisit these some day.. thanks for the trip down memory lane!
still waiting for gluten free games to make an ultimate dragon sim 2🙏
I knew it was a matter of time till someone talked about this niche side of mobile games
waittt the unintentional(?) cliffhanger ending at the end KINDA genious tho likeeee..... it attracts ppl to theorize & conclude their own ending themselves. W game fr 💯
I like how they made the game end because it makes the player think of what the ending COULD be instead of giving a solid answer, it leaves the viewer to think and make their own ending which often leaves us more happy with the outcome. Overall 11/10!! would recommend if I wanna make someone cry:)
15:24 I wouldn't call it 'realistic', but maybe 'immersive'
I remember playing eagle simulator, wolf sim online, this kitten simulator but seems like I never played this one! It still feels very nostalgic and I love the way you narrated the story. I find the blurry pictures with the texts pretty scary ngl, would have been scared of as a child, or not haha, we later on realize how weird some things might have been in the past. Moreover the sound design is very striking. Thanks for introducing this game to me!! 😊
@@cleli_cartoons Of course!! Thank you so much for commenting your experience! 😊
that one panther game i just saw you scroll past "Wild Animal Simulators" was my CHILDHOOD.
1games was my childhood! I remember spending countless hours on dinos online or WAO 😭 this is such a throwback. Your channel is a blessing
@@wulfdogy It’s definitely got a eerie loneliness to it
I love these games dearly. 1Games was a huge part of my childhood
I remember playing this as a kid and crying so much over it; it bothered me for DAYS. I'm genuinely shocked to see a video on it
I once used to play wolf online 2 alot but nowadays its a hackers playground i miss those times
i played wolf online 1 and 2 all the time growing up!! definitely wasn't the best thing developmentally with all of the rude hackers and creeps on there, but the game was fun to play solo!! i was always a lone wolf lol
These apps were my childhood, I remember the squirrel life and crocodile life. They were so wonky and had such bad graphics but were so much fun ❤
I used to play dog simulator by rocket games on my iPad in the app store.
and my favorite thing to do in game was to take my dog family to the
highest mountain to watch the sunset. I never knew why. but it was fun.
never played this one before but i was always obsessed with the lynx simulators/those other wolf games
I used to love this game when i was little. Im happy someone made a video on it! This game was so ahead of its time and cinetamic and in a way that most games werent back then
Also those images with the animals and the text below it are much creepier than i remember, my gosh
1games games were a large part of my childhood!! Tysm for sharing this game with others :)
I actually remember playing this as a child, and it gave me so many memories back . Now, looking at it, it's a whole new feeling
I remember playing this and being so sad. I also vividly remember playing all of 1games online games after it. They give me lot of nostalgia
This looked so much better when i was younger lol
i completely forgot this game existed, this is so nostalgic😭😭
Oh god I remember randomly founding this game back in middle school… I remember I was shocked about the unexpected story mode
Me too! I was also shocked. I thought it was just a regular simulator
Yo me and my friends used to be obsessed with these “simulator” mobile games!
This definitely reminded me of back then lol.
I played the dragon sim and raptor sim mostly.
This one was kinda beautiful tho. A hidden gem for sure.
your voice is so calming , kinda like a narrator for a kids show , i lowk like it.
Thank you! I’m glad you like it ❤️
your voice and the video remind me of the gaming channels i used to watch when i was younger like seri pixel biologist
my favorite appstore hidden gem is seashine, its so beautiful and like… some people think its terrifying, others find it relaxing, im one if the people who find it relaxing and playing it helps me calm down when im having anxiety attacks ^_^
So, so true. It’s a different kind of terror when you’re alone in 1games servers
I loved this game as a kid, I never realized how it's borderline horror tho
I wasn’t expecting to see a video made about this! These games were literally my childhood
LIFE OF DEER MENTIONED OH MY GOD. i adored this game as a kid!! i need to replay it
btw Spooky’s Jump Scare Mansion music??? 5:39
OMG I REMEMBER PLAYING THIS GAME...i completely forgot about it but the foggy meadow brought it back to me..
you know i think i mightve played this? but i dont think i ever finished it. its nice to see how the story went after all this time, thank you for this!
i used to play these games ALL THE TIME!
This used to be one of my favorite mobile games when I was little!!
I used to play this game all the time when I was a kid. Just recently remembered it, thanks for bringing back old memories!
I hardly remember but Life of Black Tiger used to make me cry
OH MY GOD YOU FOUND IT. I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR IT FOR SO LONG I PLAYED THIS WHEN I WAS LITTLE
oh my goddd 😭 someone else who grew up playing 1GAMES stuff.. i remember playing Life Of A Black Tiger (the online version) and Wolf Online 😭 i wonder if we ever ran into eachother, playing online animal games
I always used to play this game, and seeing this just reminded me it existed. Thank you.
Holy shit, I played this game years ago and completely forgot about it until I saw this video today. Definitely gonna download it again, I completely forgot the story
This game was my favourite thing ever at some point, I think it gave me chills
thank you for posting a video about this game; i was really into animals as a kid and i would play this game over and over when i couldnt find any other ones i liked on the app store. im pretty sure it's gone, now, but im glad that im not the only one who remembers it.
Oh my god I remember playing this game when I as little, I got stuck at the first stage after you grow up and never finished it 😔
Nana music is actually perfect for everything
OH MY GOD YOU JUST UNLOCKED A MEMORY FOR ME I LOVED THIS GAME AS A KID I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT IT
