I get the first one that’s on the bottom, but on the second one, theoretically, the black ace is on top, and when he starts putting cards out, I don’t get how it ends up being next to the red ace, unless there’s a step that’s missing or am I not seeing it?
@@Jons007, when he starts dealing cards down on the table the first time, the black ace that’s initially on top gets put down on the table (now becoming the bottommost card in the entire deck). He then keeps on dealing down cards until the spectator says stop. Then he adds one of the red aces face up on top of the dealt down pile. Right after that, another crucial step happens, which is that remaining cards, which he puts on top the red ace, has the second black ace on the bottom, which then gets put face down right on top of the red ace. Then he picks up the entire pile and repeats process, so that the black ace initially coming from the top of the deck and gets put down on the table as the very first card in the very beginning of the trick now gets put on top of the second black ace.
This is a great beginner trick. I’m into magic myself, and my 7th grade students love when I show them easy tricks to learn. Some of them love the tricks and want to get better with cards so I bought them and gave them cheap cards to practice with.
@@JimboPro You don't have to be perfect, just release the side with the bottom ace first, and release the side with the top ace a little slower so the top and bottom don't move. all the middle cards can get mixed up.
Ugh I'm still having trouble. Gotta keep practicing. Keep up the great work! I've learned a lot of other tricks from you. Favorite illusionist on UA-cam
Even if he didn't fully explain how he did it, I finally figured it out.. just place one black ace at the top of the deck and the black ace at the bottom. Now you can follow exactly what he does and it will work
@@pishyp bruh. He said to place them at top and bottom and do exactly as he does. You literally gave no value with what you said. Like what did you figure out? The exact words he was saying???
I like your format. Show the trick and then tell us to look again because the solution was right in front of us. Like Ruby slippers. I amaze my kids with these tricks, although it usually begins with an eye roll “oh dad not again”.
Thank you so much I have watched your tutorials recently and I’ve used some of your other tricks including this one now my family can’t handle how shocked they get.
The Black aces are on the top of the deck, and he's doing something called "dealing 2nds". Where you are dealing the cards using the second card as supposed to the top card. You can execute this by moving the top card slightly off-center so you can touch the cards underneath, and this illusion works well as long as you have a uniform pattern on the backs of your cards.
You could do it that way, but it's easier to have the black aces one on top one on the bottom. Dealing from the top of the deck, the top ace is on the bottom of your new pile. When you place the deck on top of the first red ace bottom ace is now paired with the first red ace. Then when you place the deck on top of the second red ace, the ace you moved to the bottom when you dealt the first pile pairs with it. There is no skill or dexterity involved so it's super easy.
Oh wow. That is super simple. Very nice! For effect, you could riffle shuffle after handing the spectator the red aces; just retain the top and bottom cards and most people will never notice you're doing it.
A cooler variant would be to let them shuffle or you shuffle, fan it out face first and let then choose while keeping note of the first and last card and call them when doing the reveal
This trick is awesome! I recommend utilizing a few false cuts and or shuffles, you could cull the cards for an impromptu setup. This trick lends itself to a lot of options for patter. Thanks for the lesson, I've been away from the 52 for a while and your video woke me up.
Took me 11 times tops and figured it out. What a great trick if you’re not telling how to do it after the first time it would be to mind blowing for them to figure it out. Great trick MANG
One of my favs that I leaned back in the day when I got started… but also the one trick I’ve ever done where someone (my very intelligent HS math teacher) immediately knew on the spot exactly how it was done and replicated it. But that was literally once since like 2004, lol so I still use it.
Oh awesome. Just wait till the boys come over to the Mancave for pool this Friday! LOL I have a sea trunk full of magic stuff and plenty of card tricks but, I've never seen this one. So easy...and my friends are so gullible. LOL Thx.
idk how but i as a card magician who has done this for over 6 years, I just fooled myself by doing it😂😂 Okay I analysed the trick. The method is actually genious 😂😂 this is extremely cheeky 😂😂
I think you uploaded this video before, isn't? Btw this magic trick is the first magic I've ever learn in my life from this channel haha. I thought it's very cool but when I perform to my family they knew the trick instantly and ask me where is the magic lol 😂
All tricks are physical science. Once you think about it long enough, it's literally impossible for something like a card disappeared from location A and appeared at location B without duplicate or gimmick.
Before sticking out the cards, ask "what is your strong hand- left or right?", since majority of the people are right handed you will probably be asked to pick the card to the right of the aces.. and thats adding a random factor..
You can just change your reply so that it's a false choice. oh you're right handed, lets check the right card. Oh you're left handed, so the ace is on your left.
As a kid I was always amazed at my grandfather doing card tricks for us. Unfortunately the best one I can’t remember. It was laying the cards out in rows of 7 and it was a mathematical trick involving the 21st card. I Vaugley rem you had to go through this 3 rows of 7 3 times and on the 3rd dealing the persons card was always the 21st card. The final trick was saying I bet you the next card i turn over is your card. And at this point you had already turned over the 21st card in front of them so they see it and know the card in the deck can’t be it. You’re holding the deck ready to turn another one over but then you leave the deck in your left hand reach down to the table and grab the 21st card and turn it over. I wish I could remember it fully. Lol
I didnt watch the last part, and i thought it actually worked. the reason is because with no setup before it, and i got a black aces next to a red ace.
Bro ensured that he got two views from everyone😃
😂
I don't know about you. I watched it like three times
Genius
He got 3 from me😂

This card trick is called Gemini Twins from the book "More Self-Working Card Tricks" by Karl Fulves.
Had that book as a child. Remember learning this trick 25-30 years ago. My first cars trick. First one I taught my 2 sons as well.
This trick pre dates that book just to let you know
@@malourocha9211really the trick came before the book? Wow I never would have guessed that
Thank you for that info. Much appreciated 🙏.
Practical application is harder than just reading about it.
Clever way to get rewatches. Show the trick, reveal the twist at the end, but you have to rewatch with that knowledge to figure it out. Really smart
Fair play to him 👏.

It only registers 1 view from each IP address, regardless of the number of times you watch it.
That's the ACTUAL trick.
I really dig the way this guy teaches the trick without giving a full tutorial. A very fun way to learn magic.
😂
It defeats the whole purpose. It's like having sex and quitting right before climaxing. 😂
"Figure it out yourself" tutorial.
I understood it and did it the first time. I'd say he did pretty good for a yt short.
This video explains everything needed to perform this trick?

Awesome! ♠️♥️♣️♦️
My friend and I used to do this trick back in school but with a false riffle. Amazing how much value making people smile provides your soul :)
You can do a riffle shuffle at the begining and leave the top and buttom where they are 👍🏻
Not if you're like me & only have one good hand.
I just can't riffle shuffle well enough
You would need to do a perfect riffle shuffle though 🤧

What do you mean? Is so easy. You just place the ace next to the red ace. xD
Or you just have a deck with all black aces. Why make it harder then it has to be?😂

Give them a few shuffles as well, just keep those two in place to make it look a a lot better. Very nice trick
Hey pretty cool simple card trick and easy to. I like it.

I’m no expert, but could he be dealing the second card and not the top one, he does kinda lean the deck towards the camera to make it less obvious
