in this video i go over why nissans have different needs for a good running fuel injector. and give a few thoughts on selecting a good fit for your car.
Great informative video. I have a 350z DE 6speed with a custom turbo (stock motor, Precision 6262, Momentum headers, Aeromotive 340 drop in filter and gtr injectors and all the supporting mods). It's tuned on Haltech Platinum pro. I am experiencing a few weird things. 1st, when I rev it in neutral, its revs very slow. It revs as if it were building boost for a two-step. 2nd, when I get on it, at lower RPM's the car studders, almost like its choking for more fuel. Once I get to 3k the chocking goes away and the car goes. Do you think I could be maxing out the Injector or do you think I need to add a return line? I couldn't tell you what my inj duty cycle is. Also, the neutral free rev, could it be the bigger turbo that is make it rev slower? Thanks again and keep the videos coming.
Very informative video. Thanks for taking the time to create it. Please let me if you could recommend a quality injector for a none boosted 350z. Thanks for your time!
Lots of good options but…. Because Nissan computers are not as easy to calibrate injector changes as other computers, most tuners can tune for the r35 injector because they calibrate similar to stock. However I’d say ask your tuner what he likes to use , he may have making for the injectors that he tunes with most often.
Love the info , helps out us VQ owners a lot

Most tuners can tune for gtr injectors easily and they are a good size for non boosted
