I don't believe Nelle is dead. She probably wants everyone to think she is so they'll let their guards down. It would be interesting if she came back with either Morgan or AJ by her side. I know AJ is supposed to be dead but, since this is a soap, they could always find a way to reverse that. It would be nice to see Sean Kanan back on the show and have his character be redeemed somehow. Maybe not as love interest for Nelle (yuck) but, as a friend for her.
Nelle is definitely alive. If they really wanted the audience to believe she's gone, they would have shown us her body. There's a twist coming...she'll be back at the right time storyline wise.
