Badass! Now that's what I'm talking about! It is always good to hear from you, Leroy, I hope you and your son have been doing well. Fishing had been slow for us but we finally jacked 'em up on Friday. That video should be out either next weekend or the following. 💪 jack 'em up out there for us
@@MattsSaltwaterFishing I hear you bro, I have a couple buddies that live there and fish it alot and the fish bite has been scarce a bit as well here and there but say the following week will turn into a different story, crazy bite at times indeed! Back in Port recently we’ve been smashing the bulls then will turn into hit or miss the following day, it can be a little annoying but hey we can’t always make the fish take our bait! I love it! #Tightlines 🎣
@@tylerfishunter4798 you're welcome and good luck! The Pompano usually start to get real thick in November/December depending on the weather, we have a video going over the weather and conditions to target them in here: ua-cam.com/video/FiU281wlp3c/v-deo.html
The water has been like this the past 3 weeks or so. We have had relatively low wind so that had been nice for fishing. Once the wind goes back up or a storm is in the gulf we can say goodbye to the green water for a bit. Lol
Wow, that water is crystal clear man!!
Let's get on some Kings and Silver Kings! 💪

Should be some fish in that water some where
That's what we always tell people when they ask where the fish are, "the fish are somewhere in the water." 😂
Hey Matt ! A good video to see where the deeper parts are ? Seems like the south jetty has deeper water right up to it .
Thank you, Jimmy. Yeah it looks like there are less rocks so the water drops off a little bit sooner.
I was there 2 days ago get 3 nice reds
Awesome! I gotta try and get on some Redfish next time I am out there.
Regarding the beach, when fishing the surf do you cast on sand bar or gut?
I do inshore but would like to try out the surf
Usually the gut before/after the sand bar, it just depends, you want to fish the dropoffs which are the ambush points.
@@MattsSaltwaterFishing Thank you, hopefully I'll find my way out by the time the pomps are waiting

@@MattsSaltwaterFishing that's also hunting season 😢
@@tylerfishunter4798 lol I wish I had that problem! Our family sold all the ranches and duck hunting down here hasn't been too hot the past few years.
Friend, very good videos, what are you doing? Could you send me the location of this place to fish?
Dang I’m a surfer here and that is not normal for it to be that clear.

If only the water looked like that when I go fish. At the very least I'd be able to avoid the snags.
No kidding! That would be a perfect time to go get all the surf weights 😂
