- A clip from episode 80, in which Sniff falls in love with a girl who doesn't seem to share the same feelings as he does.
Episodes 79 - 104 are a part of the "second series" of Tanoshii Moomin Ikka; Bouken Nikki. These episodes were never dubbed in English and have never been remastered. Fans of the series often mock Bouken Nikki for it's poor storytelling and inferior animation. - Фільми й анімація

Really appreciate these Finnish episodes! I've seen them in Japanese before, but in the end you really need to enjoy it in Finnish!

Hi! I just wanted to say that it is amazing that you have translated three of the lost episodes of Moomin! They are literally impossible to find anywhere and you are the only person I've seen who's actually translated any of them. I hope you are still continuing this project though as I really want to be able to watch all of the lost episodes (episodes 79-104) and from what I've seen from researching, you might be the only one who can make that a reality. On that note though, thank you for the episodes you have translated already and I'm sure I speak for many a Moomin fan when I say that :)

astrdeni’s channel has them on dailymotion... please do make subtitles, I’ve got no idea what the characters are saying in the later episodes..!
You can find the Finnish and Japanese versions in the moomin google drive doc, just google "Moomin Hunt"
Only the first 20 or so Japanese eps have been subtitled, it would incredible to have the rest

Oh no! I knew that they'd been hit with a copyright claim over the 2019 show, but I didn't realize other stuff had been taken down too...I hope you're able to find the finnish dub somewhere out there

Yes it is. Episodes 79-104 are a part of the second series of 90's Moomin called Tanoshii Moomin Ikka: Bouken Nikki. These episodes were never localized to English.

Thank you! I think I prefer to do these subs myself when I have the time and motivation. Some of these episodes just happen so be so.... well... straight up BAD that I find it hard to start working on a new episode :'D But I will eventually sub all of the remaining episodes!
