I think the Alley were failed experiments from the Evokers. They're most likely exiles because they're not aggressive like the Evoker wanted them to.
Or The evoker transform the allay to deadly creatures(Vex)

The swift sneak enchant was actually something changed to legs in response the community. Since there are already a lot of enchantments that are interesting and unique for the boots. Think about it: frost walker, soul speed, feather falling
The Chest-Boat is Silly and lacks-behind
all Mod ever. Not just actually-moving Boats but more simpler and more importantly
just Pirate-Boats as Unmoving Natural-ocuring Structures,
like what is common-sense in Mods for Years now.
The Ancient-City-Rooms teaching people Redstone is Epic but Overdue, but also Epic.
Swift sneak completely ignores the sole purpose of sneaking, which is to sneak around slowly

the warden has over twice as much HP as the ender dragon and now it has a range attack so I dont think your suppose to fight the warden but rather avoid it in the deep dark city

its still hella scuffed, but thats just because this is their first attempt at porting it over. im sure its gonna be really polished in the future. :>
the sculk may have taken over the villager civilisation and turned the villagers into illagers and the allays into vexes (and took over the golems and made them wardens to guard the fortresses) this would also explain why villages are so uncommon. also fingers crossed that we get an end revamp soon

It's likely the ancient city's are from the precursor race and the sculk is another thing they where running from and the illigers while following the precursors and copying them found the sckulk infested city's and where infected turning them gray mind you im baseing these assumptions off of alot of game thereoys interruptions of the game

4:20 the enchatment was for boots, but the community "rioted" because the boots have too many enchantments (and they also interfere, because they cant all be on the same boots because of xp cap limit for enchanting)
so mojang listened and moved it to leggings
and it does make sense that it would be for leggings, so you have better movement while crouching

I can confirm bedrock has gotten a beta, even with the warden! Earlier, it didn’t have the warden, but now it does. I haven’t checked if the structure spawns in on bedrock, but it most likely does..
I’ve been so excited for the warden and overall the whole update! Let’s just hope they create something to counter the warden. Maybe the goat horns?

As far as I know the warden is defeat able through sneaking, since it is blind and won't hear you when sneaking

Also I only knew a few of these, so this video will come in handy for 1.19.
In minecraft bedrock 1.18.310, we got the spectator mode (it is optional). We've also already got frogs, tadpoles and goats. We've got skulk stuff but not the biome yet!

I agree with that, with a majority of entertainment companies I follow, almost everyone of them who postpone something they're working on is mainly to make it better and make it more enjoyable for their audiences (the main two things Im referencing are Sonic and Breath of the Wild 2)

I like the the new weapon reach ideas, with the trident having a longer reach and the axe having a shorter one.
Btw if you play on java use the axe it has less reach but deals more dmg

Oh and why do you think the iron door should get a handle? You can't open it manually so that just seems like a texture with a handle would make it more confusing for new players
Totally agree on the tree logs with bark on all side though, those blocks exist so they better get used.

If I'm not mistaken you can put dripstone under mud and it will dry out into a clay block eventually so water bottles plus dirt is mud and mud over dripstone is clay that's awesome I like seeing that blocks are more interactive with each other now

Either the pillagers and evokers have captured the allays to turn them into vexes
Or allays are failed vexes that are kept in the prison for re-experimentation or execution

I'd actually be happy if there was netherite horse armor when 1.16 was released that would be awesome because the diamond horse armor is getting boring, but it's ok if they didn't add the netherite horse armor and also copper armor and weapons when there's a thunder storm and there's lightning when used at enemy and I've checked the 1.19 at my phone that I'm using right now 🙂

Copper is fragile in general (gonna be like the gold armor and maybe worst). I think maybe the copper used to make some components like redstone or something like this

5:45 looks kinda like cocobolo. Except the only difference is cocobolo is a dark to medium brown and mangrove is red. Mangrove actually exists irl. Apparently the specific type of mangrove shown in the game looks to be like red mangrove. Red mangrove seems to have a color that is similar to hematite whereas this is just dark red.
cant wait for matpat to reveal that the ancient city is somehow from the future using more ball pits

Okay, so the “How did we get here?” Achievement is not the Hardest. Yes, It is now, but in the 2020 april fools update (I think?) added an update in which you had to travel in all the dimensions of the april fools update. It would take about 150 years, so nobody has obtained it (Probably)

Them not fixing extremely old bedrock bugs is lazy.
@jerk jerk fr them adding updates is nice. But not when they don't fix game breaking bugs, more bugs come every update. Bedrock on pc would crash instantly if you alt tabbed. Console would crash if your controller died. Chunks don't render properly on console. Many, many, many bugs with mob spawning (which they keep changing therefore ruining mob farms almost every update) and realms has such a low render distance that it's not worth it
soul speed, fether falling, frost walkert is on shoes because we touches out feet to land or air. and swift sneak is on laggings because we will move out legs for movements

I mean, they finally gave us the cave update. It's the most wild update we've gotten in years. Sure, the nether update gave us a new tier of tools, but the cave update expanded the world.
Imagine you want a really fancy cake for a very special occasion. Would you want a cake that was rushed and possibly disappointing in order to minimize time or do you want a cake whose baker took their time in order to make sure that the cake was as pristine and perfect as possible? The developers weren’t lazy, if the warden would have not been delayed, it could have felt rushed and underwhelming, just another boring annoyance when traversing the underground.
The reason is because they were able to give us alot of big updates but now they're getting slower at coming out with updates

I think 1.19 is going to have new buttons for mope, putting five buttons on the right. I’m not sure if it is coming in the 1.19 update, or is just a small update that comes by itself

What we *should* get instead of that is a reinforced wooden door that can be open by hand but can’t be broken by zombies or are atleast much harder
i've never seen a zombie managing to break a door in vanilla, they can, it's just that it takes them so long that it doesn't matter

I think the iron door not having a handle is just a subtle hint that you’re going to need a little more than just your hands to open it
The deep dark, warden and skulk and potentially the new dimension give me heavy upside down vibes from stranger things
One thing that angered me was the "do you think that mojang is getting lazy" to which I say no. A lot of factors went into the update coming out slower such as, covid-19, the sheer scale of 1.17 and 1.18., making sure everything is just right, and reducing workplace stress. I think that the term lazy is something that shouldn't be used as commonly in game development considering how unpredictable and stressful it is for game developers.

When the Evokers tried to make vexs, they accidentally made the allays and cast them out for being soft and nice.

in Bedrock you can activate the Wild Update, and in it Allay's spawn in Woodland Mansions (The jail), and Pillager Outposts (Where golems also spawn)
at 3:13 it says: they'll add fallen logs, beehives. I tought we already had beehives
