Another interesting plan. I'm not keen on having the fireplace and TV tucked into a corner, and I'd separate the downstairs bath from the laundry machines. (I'd have separate washer and dryer for efficiency.) There's a lot of unused square footage in that entry area. Upstairs, a freestanding tub with shower is an awkward combination.
Neat home but I’m not interested in this floor plan. Kitchen is too small, bedrooms feel a bit small, laundry downstairs in a guest bathroom(?), and I want a master suite downstairs.

Molto carina, finalmente un bagno con il bidet. In Italia abbiamo tutti il bagno piuttosto grande e con il bidet e non vederlo mi fa molto strano.

The house design is beautyful...the only draw back is bathroom is too small...
