Explosive Engineers - Having a Blast at the Job: • Video
Lightning strikes the planet a hundred times every second. The fires it unleashes were once like gifts from heaven for early man. Indeed, the need to domesticate fire, to master it, to possess it, has set the pace for mankind's progress. Capable of heating, cooking, lighting, melting, forging, carrying or propelling, fire has been the instrument of every conquest.
From prehistoric fires to the furnaces of the first blacksmiths, from the first steam engines to the flames of the future, this film invites us to travel back in time and explore a thousand-year-old history that made mankind the masters of fire.

No 2 flames are ever the same.... fact 👍 🔥
Manganese is an element not a mineral. and how does he not know that it’s the iron in the pyrite making the flint work but he studied it for 10 years?
Modern documentaries are not kept to a standard anymore.
and to begin a sentence in English! I presume since you know everything you’re already aware of this 🤙
I love how archeologists just make stuff up, thinking that if they bullsh!t with enough conviction in their voice, people will buy it...
In "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century", future archeologists said that a Tiffany lamp was an electric salad bowl... LOL
Incredible documentary. I'm fascinated by science.
Thanks for such an incredible and distinctive documentary! Absolutely loved this one 🤩🤩🥰
Thermodynamics!
The lightbrin...

I am FASCINATED By fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Pyromaniac
🔥 🔥 me too 👍
Some video. Make more. Thanks.😂
Can we geologically move the present position of the cave, backwards through 450,000 years to gain a further understanding of what was occuring in the cave in relation to the then sea levels, sources for fresh water, animal migration, possible land bridges, flora and fauna that could support early humans. I have only viewed first several minutes, any evidence of poo, that archeological gold. Fire, flint, food and poo is the end product containing a record of food stuff ingested in the few days before poo.
UGH! Fire GOOD! ;-P
Great French documentary... right up to the point of the methane and so called global warming.
I did my bit for global warming... I just farted... ;-P
Light My Fire.
A flash of light, it was from the thunder god.
Zeus is angry... Prometheus pissed him off... ;-P
@0:12 Fire was Gifts from the sky, it appeared that this video is promoting the pagan worshiping of nature.
