Generally nobody buy an acre here its mostly 1/4 lots. Some people buy two and get 0.48 lot. You could buy more lots and unite the strap numbers but thats a very rate find as folks refuse to sell some

I moved to the area in 2009 and bought several foreclosures for under 60k and all are worth 250k now. I love Lehigh 👌🏼

Saw a 5br with a pool for 390k. Thinking about pulling the trigger on it.
SW lehigh = NW MIAMI .. there are good areas but not near the SW area.
