Remember, The Honorable Judge Kraynick did tell Sarah that the minimal sentence that he could impose by law, was / is 22.5 years... I cannot wait to hear the Judge's speech to SB @ her sentencing, omG, I can't wait....
In the letter where Sarah complains about Brian and L moving away, she says that L implied that they were moving closer to the prison that Sarah was likely going to be sent to and that it would be more convenient for them to live closer to her prison than having to travel there. Sarah was mad about the move cuz Brian was assuming (correctly) that Sarah would be found guilty. I don’t think Brian will force L to visit Sarah, but wants to be closer to her prison should they ever visit her.
@@TanikaTwoCents He definitely is someone to look up to. He manages to strike the perfect balance of someone good-natured, yet quite firm in managing his courtroom. He is also one of the most objective stewards of the law I have ever seen. This is just my guess/personal opinion- but I don’t think Sarah will get life without parole. At most I think life *with* parole, and minimum 30 years. Looking at the case and Sarah’s actions subjectively vs. objectively are two different things. Either way, she demonstrates that she’s a terrible person without any remorse- but would she have killed Jorge if she wasn’t drunk? Most likely not. I know intoxication isn’t a lawful excuse for the crime, but it can be a mitigating factor. I don’t think Judge Kraynick is going to take her letters and her antics personally- it would be satisfying, but not in line with his impressive adherence to objectivity and integrity. So far, Sarah has shown no sign of changing- so I think life *with* the possibility of parole would be a fitting sentence. Then whether or not she dies in prison will be up to her. I doubt she’s capable of making the changes necessary to truly be remorseful, take full accountability for her actions, and manage to do something positive with her life in prison - but if she does, she’d have already served at least 25 years and would have had to transform into a completely different person than who she is now. Along the same lines of thinking, I am glad she didn’t plea guilty to manslaughter - because what she did goes way beyond a horrible, stupid, drunken mistake.
I thought Sarah being upset about her son going to therapy after 2 years was because she wanted to control what was said about her. After this, I’ve realized it’s also probably because she is responsible for paying for half. The thing that worries Sarah most is how she’s being perceived, but the second most important thing is her entitlement to Brian’s money, and L getting counseling takes money out of her pocket and directly impacts her financial standing.
@@JadeMack7 Good Point on reminding us on the shared responsibilities. If she does (God Forbid) get entitled to anymore of Brian's money (that 100% should go to their child) Brian should make sure her 50% of everything he has paid for since the divorce comes out & back to him 1st. (I most certainly say since the divorce bc we all know that the "Excellent Mother" has not paid a penny towards anything for that child!) God Bless Brian & his patience.
Don’t apologize for nurturing and feeding your sweet baby boy…. Love seeing the two of you together, and SB could learn a lot from you! (Sounds like he’s teething, too.)
I love it too!! It makes me proud to see her powerfully working, while somehow still rockin' it at Mommying. I don't know how she does it- I had a really hard time doing ANYTHING productive during my babies/toddler's waking hours! He's so cute & I miss having small children! It's exhausting & wonderful at the same time. The older ages are great too- even the pre-teen years have been awesome so far! It goes by so fast And yes- Sarah Boone could really learn a lot from this amazing Mama. But knowing her, she'd probably have the nerve to criticize. Ugh
I know including Sugar Bear is challenging for you, but I just love seeing and hearing him! My grandbabies live far away, and I miss the energy of little ones. Hearing Sugar Bear talking during your videos always brightens this old granny's day.
Same! I have grandchildren nearby, but they are no longer littles. And they are being slow about making me a great-grandma! I just want to give Sugar Bear a big hug.
I’m so sorry. Mine live a mile away and I watch them (4-5) two days a week. Joy of my life and if they moved, I’d probably follow! We all love Sugar Bear and moms or grandmoms, we get what matters. ❤️
I can't help but think the son must be so relieved he no longer has to put up with his mother who has a serious drinking problem. I love Sarah's high opinion of herself. Low self-confidence is definitely not her problem. If I were Brian I would never answer another call from her and throw away any letters from her.
I trust that Brian was honest in relating marital assets and expenses. Not surprised her attorney ‘withdrew’ before the final decree. I think that Brian admits that Sarah got really out of hand after the child was born. She might have been able to hold her narcissistic traits back somewhat until then.
She probably was always selfish. Brian did say she always drank. Got worse after she gave birth. I think the pressures of looking after a baby was too much for her. So she chose to runaway from her responsibilities. I think she has many emotional issues. I feel it stems from deaths in her family and maybe a dysfunctional relationship with her mother. Her brother is also doing life in prison. Only one sibling that is doing well as far as I know. He is in the military. Probably giving him a sense of family. Sometimes when you have a baby or raising your children you realise how bad your childhood was. I don’t think she was dealing with her emotions and was this level of victim mentality and anger. I think she grieves for her childhood but carries it across into her present day relationships.
Mabes she didn’t have to reign in the narcissistica so much ch while she could be the baby in the room. Real baby made things… complicated. Could not compute.
I thought so too. Child support AND alimony. I think he did it for the sake of his child. It does seem like Brian genuinely cared about her well being initially. She admittedly ran to him and slept at his house anytime she had a problem. I think he’s probably hugely relieved to be free of her at this point.
Knew a man left with two tykes by a woman like sb. Whatever cash went for drugs. She'd gotten a secret credit card at the end of marriage & ran up $30K before we found out They're scum. Avoid them
@@Julia-uh4liI believe when she ‘fled’ to his house…it was her way of hooking up with him for a night to keep him on a hook so he’d continue to help her financially and to keep Lucas when she felt like it. There is no other conceivable way that any sane person would still be invested in someone like Sarah - not even for a child.
@@CarolNunes-ep9bp Brian didn't pay for any attorney for Sarah related to the murder case. Mauricio worked Pro Bono and JAC paid all due process costs. I did a video here: ua-cam.com/video/YWdf6vBepGY/v-deo.htmlsi=rV3dngsbeC515Wh7
I was wondering if he could sue her to drop his name since it was his first. I guess not. Changing his and his son's name would be easier than trying to get her to do anything for anyone else, but doesn't seem fair.
Agreed! I love when Tanika reads these letters & SB’s daily jail logs! She’s got the perfect amount of witty energy to really give SB’s shenanigans the voice they “deserve” (underscore) 😂😂😂
Sarah is super mad at Brian for not putting her alimony on her books all 4 2/3 years that she has been in jail. I'm so happy for Brian standing up to her as a man, and he is fighting for his rights to not pay her any more alimony ever. Sarah is getting cut off, on 12/02/2024 at 130 pm in room 12A.
I feel bad for Lukas, he probably loves his mother deep down regardless of this tragedy she’s responsible for. I really hope he lives a very happy life, wish him all the best.
Sara was basically born and raised in that area she lived and the ONLY person she could find to say a kind word about her was a little old lady on a walker they dragged down to the courthouse just to say Sara said hi to her and she saw a black eye. Sara had marks all over her because she was black out drunk 90% of the time falling down drunk
I bet those cops, who had to show up (_every time_ ) she called to tattle on Jorge, must feel so vindicated, now that the whole world can see what they were trying to deal with. So sorry it ended with Jorge’s death, he did not ever deserve such a horrible early end.
Considering Brian’s almost total support for the child, as well as almost constant loans to SB, I’d say SHE owes him a fortune and Brian doesn’t owe her a dime.
I actually think she’s quite simple as far as narcissistic traits go. Someone like Chris Watts would be a lot more informative to study because he kept his traits hidden so well
@@abigailtrumbo178 He has no empathy but has plenty of emotions. Which one is that? I think a psychopath has breaks from reality, he does not seem to have that one.
My opinion - Brian has to be commended for allowing his alcoholic wife to continue to have access to their child. Personally, I would have contacted child services and reported her every time she was drunk and failed to pick up her son from school. That child needed to be kept away from her destructive behavior
Brian seems like a nice man, but I agree with you. It seems like Lucas was in the middle of some pretty bad situations. At least they won't have to worry about her anymore ...
Sometime in 2022? Sarah complained in a letter to the Family Court judge her former husband had ceased to pay alimony, and further complained her civil legal correspondence was being mailed to her former husband's home address, thus she was late in receiving it. (Brian apparently lost his name in the divorce). Sarah was quite upset her correspondence had to be read to her over the phone by her son. However, it should be noted the mailing address Sarah supplied to the Family Court at 32:20 of this video is Brian's home address, not hers. This could be the answer as to why her correspondence was being still sent there.
Seems in 2021 in when Sarah's mail started getting returned as "Undeliverable". That video premierers today. (We did a live last night, but it didn't save, so a new one is coming today.)
When a parent is in prison, it is extremely difficult for children to have relationships that are productive. I am sure Brian only wants the best for his son.
I dont think there's going to be a relationship for much longer. I _think_ its one of these letters, but she mentions calling everyday for 13 weeks demanding Brian buy her a book, then asked her son to ask him during their call. If shed do that for a book, imagine when she figures out she cant get alimony anymore, she'll be asking her son in every call to ask his dad for money/things, then get mad and rant about it. He'll stop taking her calls, because who wants to talk to someone whos only calling you to be a messanger, demanding free stuff from his dad (Im thinking itll be a while before she grasps the she cant use Brian anymore) And I think he's 14, thats old enough to understand that his dad has no obligation to give her anything, and understand by now that she spent his childhood drunk and bringing chaos into their lives and that it wasnt normal or ok, and now she wants their money? I give it a year tops before he gets a new number.
@@bloodyneptuneI completely agree but she wasn’t calling him for 13 weeks for a book. She wanted a hot meal and commissary because she couldn’t eat the food because of her “glucose issues” and claimed she was losing weight week by week and then claimed in 2022 she had cancer in a letter to the judge. The prison officers said in her notes if she didn’t like the look of the food she would pretend to have an allergy to soy so she could get a different meal but then the next night she’d be eating a meal with soy in it. Owen’s dropped her in it at trial when he requested could she bring pop tarts, cookies, mints and chips because he said she has no medical reason for the request 😂 He was mortified asking the judge.
@ Me too. It’s like a man died, she’s on trial for murder and her priority is snacks. I think he knew that wouldn’t look good and probably argued with her not to ask it.
@@maireadob I think he went ahead and said the snacks weren’t medically necessary probably cuz he thought/knew Judge K might’ve asked for the reasons for such a request before he denied it
If Sarah really wanted to be part of her son’s life, she would have taken the plea deal. With the most recent offer, she would have been out when her son was in his early 20’s. If he ever has children, she would have been free to be a grandmother. Thank GOD in His Heaven that she rejected the plea deal!
There was another YT channel that read this letter -- when he got to 'unfortunate incident' he couldn't believe it either. If that is how the Convicted categorizes her actions --- she deserved her conviction. If only they could have read that phrase during the trial. BTW you could do a 'One Woman Show' off Broadway of these readings titled: Rants of a Murderer.
😂 Love that! She is unbelievable. A man lost his life due to her cruelty and blatant disregard for his well being. That is not unfortunate. That is 2nd degree murder.
I love your dramatic reading Tanika, you absolutely nailed it, it’s exactly how Sarah would of said those words out loud 😂 Thank you for all of your amazing work 🤩
He has seemed co-dependent, but she kind of had him by the nuts because they sort of share their son. If she has no money she can't feed him when he visits her, or buy gas to pick him up, so he kind of had to give her money. idk Either way, he is not being co-dependent now. Yeah!
I don’t think Brian is codependent at all, I think he just hates confrontation and he knew if he didn’t give into her that she would cause trouble using “L” as a pawn in her sick games. She continually m@nipulated Brian and he was willing to put aside his own happiness to protect their son. Brian is a smart man and he knew if he stood up to Sarah that she would use “L” as a weapon and being a protective dad, he didn’t want his son to have to go through that. My heart breaks for Brian and everything that ev!l witch has put him through and even more importantly everything she has put and is still putting “L” through 😓 I wish both Brian and Jorge never ever meet that she dev!l, she is soulless and only cares about herself, that includes “L”, she puts herself before her own son. I hope he is now refusing to talk to her. Yes in an ideal world a child needs two parents, but when one parent is as toxic as Sarah is, then it’s way more important for “L” to block her from his life. Just because you can physically have a child, it doesn’t mean you are automatically fit to be a parent. “L” is better off with one fantastic parent than two parents and one of his parents being as heartless, selfish, soulless and m@nipulative as S@r@h is!
Brian Divorced her, moved away from her (twice now) and all of her lawyers quit her. You would think she would start getting the hint. As hateful as she is to all of them and everyone else really, she clings to these people and they have to use the court to break her hold. Lol Sarah look in a mirror!!! A figurative one and a literal one, you need both, girl.
She feels small and insignificant. She keeps all this dust kicked up to make herself feel more important. Her personlity is so nasty. I wonder if she has ever tried being nice and respectful? She would get so much further.
@@TanikaTwoCents You are right, her reaction to low self-esteem or not feeling important to people, yada-yada, is to be a monster and to try to force everyone to do what she says instead of trying to be a better person.who people would want to help, or even be near, lie her poor son. In your behavior report you just read yesterday he son and brian skipped his birthday visit with her even though it was on line not in person.
7th year doesn't end until summer of 2025. They are disputing that in court. Family Court Judge wanted to wait until the murder trial came to a rightful conclusion.
omg, they should take half of her 45 cents, or whatever pittance, an hour if she gets a job in prison and send it to Brian for their son. That would be so great! They don't do that to prisoners for some reason. but it would be great!
Naaaaawwww, your poor sweet boy, I hope his little fingers are ok 😢 There’s nothing more heart wrenching than hearing your child in pain ❤ He is so precious 🩵
Did she refer to herself as competent and HARDWORKING? What is wrong with her? She was living off her ex and spending all her alimony on booze and possibly drugs and had not worked in years. I wonder if she believes her own lies.
The phone calls cost money, right? Does she even have anyone putting money on her books? I thought after Brian stopped paying her “alimony”, that she would be flat broke. Not that it’s a bad thing mind you. 😂
In her original divorce filing she requested her maiden name back. What happened to that? I am oretty sure Brian & L are really wishing she got that last name back.
I know!! Seems Brian may have changed their last name? She's such an odd one, I wonder if she didn't change to spite Brian? Or maybe she was just too lazy to do it...with day drinking taking up so much time.
Brian should petition the court for sole custody of the minor child. Unless the minor child chooses to see his mother he shouldn’t be made to & at the age of fourteen years old I don’t believe a court would require him to visit the mother nor could it be enforced. It’s sad that Sarah would put any pressure on the minor child to do so. Once she’s sentenced she needs to accept her fate & realize the “former husband” & minor child are most likely lost to her by her own hand/actions. Let go, let the kid have some semblance of a normal life. Her actions have been very hard on the child I’m sure. Let the child come forward if & when he’s ready. Nobody should have to run their life around Sarah. Sarah’s divorced from Brian & needs to let go. He doesn’t want her, it’s over let go. Understand at this point she is absolutely NOTHING to either of them.
I really think she only wrote the letter for the family court is cause she lost her money. It has nothing to do with her son. She never had time with him before but now she is in prison she now loves him and he is her number one priority. 🤦♀️.
From what we’ve seen of Brian and his former “wife”, I’d guess she had to pull some real BS to make him stop supporting her in any way. He is the only one putting their son first. She seems to have forfeited her rights to legal counsel and all else; all due to her conduct.
She seriously lacks self-awareness. I think she has a bit of arrested development. She's unable to be accountable for her actions or even understand that her actions have an impact on others.
Let's not forget the 60something thousand that Brian paid for Sarah's first lawyer. And all the time he sent her money to bail her out of numerous situations including her overdrafting her account. Both of those things were long after their divorce and definitely not his responsibility, shared child or not. That man has paid enough to her and I hope she doesn't get another cent from him
I'm not sure where that rumor started, but Brian didn't pay for any lawyer. Her "first" lawyer (technically the second one on the case) was pro bono. He had represented Sigfredo Garcia (Dan Markel murder) so seems he like clients in high profile cases. I did a video with the receipts here: ua-cam.com/video/YWdf6vBepGY/v-deo.htmlsi=HQ03v1zNuOevJdJl

Why? She is as close to _serva poenae_ status as possible - as far as I understand USA law. She is in the NETHERWORLD = i.e., prison. She is owed a non-communal grave.
Love you Tanika, you are so funny! I recently found you here and love the way you read, you make me literally lol. Wish you were my neighbor, I know we would be good friends. So Brian's payments should come to an end with 2024 I guess (7 years). "Under Florida law, alimony is granted to a spouse and it can be awarded to bridge the gap, be rehabilitative, i.e., intended to get the person to a position where he or she can take care of expenses without assistance, durational, or permanent.". This somewhat puts her fight to prolong her stay in jail into another light, might well be that she is hoping to collect on the alimony til the day of guilty verdict, as Brian had no right to judge her before that day. 7 years, she was wasting it away as if it was never going to stop, what did she think was going to happen 2025, alimony is over. Bag some rich bar buddy? Start a semi successful career out of nowhere as a 47 year old with no experience? Move into a tent? Mange to wheel Brian back in? I thought I had little vision for my life, but that is extraordinary level of "Que Sera Sera" attitude. Or even darker thought, maybe she was counting days til she could start mooching off of her son.
2025. Divorce was final the summer of 2018, so summer of 2025, would be the full term. Yikes! Mooching off the son sounds about right. Glad he is free of her. The family court judge said he wouldn't take up the issue until AFTER the murder case reached verdict. I believe Brian is putting in escrow? I am still going through the 2023-2024 filings.
I think Sarah got over like a fat rat. There were a few affairs, like one night stands Brian talked about the men that would come to their home looking for Sarah, calling out her name waking Brian up, prior to Jorge. Sarah and Jorge’s affair begin for the divorce. At one point Brian stated that they were going to marital counseling to save the marriage when Brian found out Sarah was still cheating with Jorge and that’s why he file for divorce. That’s why Brian had such a dislike for Jorge bc he stood between he and Sarah healing what she had already done. Which I don’t understand why Brian let Sarah get away with alimony for so long but, why did Brian allow Sarah to treat him so poorly even while living with Jorge? Begging for mine and other help constantly she didn’t respect the boundaries of the divorce period. I don’t understand why Brian never took Sarah back to court for not keeping up her end of the divorce by drinking? He let her get away with anything she wanted. They met out of high school or while in high bc Brian told Chelsea in the recorded statement. That’s how I know Sarah was seeing Jorge while they were supposed to be fixing the marriage. Since Sarah wasn’t keeping up her end of taking care of Lukas on her regular scheduled days, Brian should have requested through the court Sarah get a job and relieve him from alimony. Now that she’s convicted the alimony should be stopped.
Brian is gone. He is not letting Sarah mess with him and son. Brian was first to deal with Sarah's "Monster Abuse". Then she use her "Monster Abuse" on Jorge BC he was a smaller man.
Until her conviction she was presumed innocent, even though she was locked up. You cannot punish an innocent person, and if she had been acquitted Brian would be on the hook for the back alimony.
Also, did you notice on the stand how she said he was never removed from the lease? He became a different kind of tenant, is what she said. However, she sang a different tune to LEO on scene.
I've just recently found your channel and I am a bug fan already!you are absolutely beautiful and I love your energy and personality. Keep putting out great videos! 😊
Name change info is common in my state. I chose to keep my name for 2 reasons. One was it was my last name for 12 years and a hassle to change, and the second was because our daughter was just starting school, and it made things less confusing. When I got remarried several years later, I changed it to my new husband's name.
She's a mooch for sure! He didn't pay for the first attorney though. (which is technically attorney #2). I did about it here: ua-cam.com/video/YWdf6vBepGY/v-deo.htmlsi=qZiJ5SecClyPUXiX Mauricio Padilla was pro bono for the nearly 2 years he represented her. JAC covered all her due process costs, but Padilla worked for free.
The legal docs and requests of both parties seem reasonable. A mother may choose to keep the same family name as her children, regardless of custody. My guess is that Brian Boone bought out his ex-wife for $ 14.000 or less. With alimony and child support this would have been gone in a year. Based on personal experience my intuitive feeling is that Brian Boone is a kind-hearted soul. One might also suggest that he's weak and easily manipulated. My ex-wife also went through several lawyers during our divorce and division of assets, which took 17 months. Her 2nd lawyer wrote an e-mail to me that she couldn't make it clear to Madame K what the Estonian family law could accord her. Sounds very Sarah Boone back in 2007. As for division of assets, my ex-wife got a settlement of ca 600.000 kronor and this was gone in less than a year. This amount was equal 120 months average wage at the time. It took me 3 years to pay off the balance of our remaining joint debt. So, in my opinion, Brian Boone was quite generous with his settlement offer. I'd add that it was likely that Sarah Boone was her own worst enemy in the divorce process, as was the case with my 1st wife.
Exactly! Who knows what her contribution to the home was though... She's a drunk. $10K probably was a score for someone who is jobless and trying to figure out how to stay that way.
That little boy is wonderfully chatty! I love it when little ones are already busily talking away, even if they haven't settled on any particular language yet. It is strange to think of that in the context of the subject of this video. I recall Brian Boone saying that the thing that seemed to fully tip Sarah over into deep alcoholism was....having a child. That she resented it and "felt trapped". Consider that her only responsibility prior to having the child had been to...shop. Maybe. But a little child does require constant attention, and Sarah, as we know, wasn't even willing to be sober for two afternoons a week. So we see her letters going on and on about how she is a fantastic mother, demanding her rights, blah blah....yet we know the reality is that having to spend any time or energy on her child enraged her. Every sentence she writes...is a lie.
Maybe she saw him as “competition” sadly? Brian was singularly focused on her before the baby arrived. Babies demand attention as their survival depends on it. She couldn’t handle it. Now she uses the son as a pawn. He is better off without her. I hope Judge Kraynick considers all during sentencing.
@@TanikaTwoCents I thoroughly agree that the son is better off with as little of Sarah in his life as possible. Drunk Sarah or sober Sarah, she is extremely destructive and poisonous. So full of spite that she was more invested in getting in hateful remarks about Brian when she was testifying, than she was in coming across well to the jury who would be deciding on the rest of her life. When you were going through the details of who Sarah had had visits from -video or in person - I was, frankly, relieved, to see that the son was rarely present. Sarah inflicted so much horror and sorrow on so many by her murder of Jorge, how strange is it that such an evil act may well be the best thing she has ever done "as a mother" (in the sense that she has removed herself from the boy's life). He might have a chance of not going down the hole that the children of alcoholics and abusers so often do - that is either becoming those things themselves, or marrying people like that, because it feels so normal to them. One sure hopes that Brian is smart enough to be getting good therapy for his son. And while I'm not generally in favour of people profiting off of their connection to a horrible crime, in this case, were Brian able to figure out how to get some money put aside to try to deal with the problems and needs that the son will face because of Sarah...it wouldn't necessarily be such a bad thing (provided he doesn't add to the pain of the Torres family).

I know! Probably wasn't in the best interest of her defense. Dr. Werner held no punches, though. Loved her! Brannon didn't meet with her and Dr. Harper seemed to swept into the Sarah Boone "vortex" and believed her hook, line and sinker.
Documents related to murder cases are in the public interest, particularly because they pertain to public safety. But posting a former married couple's divorce settlement serves no real public interest. Why their marriage failed, how much was paid to whom for how long, how much child support is, is NOBODY else's business. This is just gossip.
State of Florida makes court documents broadly available to the public, under their Sunshine Laws. If you don’t agree with the laws, vote to change. While your comment boosts engagement, which I greatly appreciate, it is useless towards what appears to be your ultimate goal. If change is what you want, vote. There is definitely public interest in a divorced spouse sitting in jail complaining that her ex-husband isn’t paying her $1K a month in alimony. Said ex-husband is now a single parent solely responsible for the well-being of their child. These are the facts of the case. We’re looking to understand where the law will stand on these set of facts. Especially now that Sarah is a convicted murderer. Will her ex-husband be required to continue paying alimony through 2025? Or will the Court allow him to keep what was set aside for the court ordered alimony. #twocents
@@TanikaTwoCents While it may be legal and within one's right to shop at Walmart wearing a thong, a red MAGA hat and a feather boa, that attire would arguably be in bad taste. It is your legal right, of course, to share such personal details, but exploiting human suffering in order to boost one's viewership is arguably, if not indubitably, in very bad taste. Sarah was mad about the move cuz Brian was assuming (correctly) that Sarah would be found guilty. I don’t think Brian will force L to visit Sarah, but wants to be closer to her prison should they ever visit her.
I just want to say I always love seeing the honorable Judge Kraynick smiling in the background with his diet Dr. Pepper.
He helps keep me zen.
Same 😂
I thought Sarah being upset about her son going to therapy after 2 years was because she wanted to control what was said about her.
Exactly. Call a spade a spade. You are a murderer Sarah.
It goes by so fast
And yes- Sarah Boone could really learn a lot from this amazing Mama. But knowing her, she'd probably have the nerve to criticize. Ugh
If Brian's actions are teaching her son how to treat women, what are her actions teaching her son about how women act and behave towards men?
THIS!! 😰🙄 How does that not cross her little mind??
I hope Brian doesnt pay her another cent. Us tax payers are paying for her to live now
Yup. She was living off Brian and now living off the state of Florida. Any money she gets should be reimbursed to Florida taxpayers

Haha her divorce attys withdrew too... lol.
Of course they did! Imagine dealing with this woman? Yikes. Same ol' Sarah.
I can't help but think the son must be so relieved he no longer has to put up with his mother who has a serious drinking problem. I love Sarah's high opinion of herself. Low self-confidence is definitely not her problem. If I were Brian I would never answer another call from her and throw away any letters from her.
Yet he and Lucas moved right close to Sarah's prison. That was pre-planned. Sounds a bit sado masochistic to me.
Poor Sod 😬
. I agree!
Poor Lucas. 2 needy parents.
Wow the Boone really ruins lives of so many. Even herself. She has a lot of void in her brain.
Mabes she didn’t have to reign in the narcissistica so much ch while she could be the baby in the room. Real baby made things… complicated. Could not compute.
Poor Brian having to pay HER child support even though he always had their son is ridiculous.
She'd gotten a secret credit card at the end of marriage & ran up $30K before we found out
They're scum. Avoid them
he is not paying either nor will any judge likely order him to. its another case of her failing to see when things are finished

But, why do you think he paid so much for her first, quite expensive, attorney? For the life of me, I can't work that one out 🤔
@@Julia-uh4liI believe when she ‘fled’ to his house…it was her way of hooking up with him for a night to keep him on a hook so he’d continue to help her financially and to keep Lucas when she felt like it. Sarah had $44k in credit cards solely in her name. I wonder if Brian even knew about her sole credit card debits.
She was always getting him to put money in her account so he must have known, no? Maybe not.

Considering Brian’s almost total support for the child, as well as almost constant loans to SB, I’d say SHE owes him a fortune and Brian doesn’t owe her a dime.

Man, she needs to be studied. I bet we could learn a lot about narcissism by studying it in its purest form.
She's a typical murderous psychopath, entitled brat.

He'll stop taking her calls, because who wants to talk to someone whos only calling you to be a messanger, demanding free stuff from his dad (Im thinking itll be a while before she grasps the she cant use Brian anymore)
And I think he's 14, thats old enough to understand that his dad has no obligation to give her anything, and understand by now that she spent his childhood drunk and bringing chaos into their lives and that it wasnt normal or ok, and now she wants their money? I give it a year tops before he gets a new number.
@@bloodyneptuneI completely agree but she wasn’t calling him for 13 weeks for a book. She wanted a hot meal and commissary because she couldn’t eat the food because of her “glucose issues” and claimed she was losing weight week by week and then claimed in 2022 she had cancer in a letter to the judge. The prison officers said in her notes if she didn’t like the look of the food she would pretend to have an allergy to soy so she could get a different meal but then the next night she’d be eating a meal with soy in it. If Sarah really wanted to be part of her son’s life, she would have taken the plea deal. With the most recent offer, she would have been out when her son was in his early 20’s. If he ever has children, she would have been free to be a grandmother. Thank GOD in His Heaven that she rejected the plea deal!

Why does she keep air quoting "husband". They were ACTUALLY married.
Because now she’s trying to infer that he wasn’t a good husband when they were together.

There was another YT channel that read this letter -- when he got to 'unfortunate incident' he couldn't believe it either. Brian kept helping her because he's extremely codependent he needs to get some counseling
Anyone who's been involved w/someone like her knows it's difficult to escape. They'll threaten you in every way, make false statements against you...
He has seemed co-dependent, but she kind of had him by the nuts because they sort of share their son. If she has no money she can't feed him when he visits her, or buy gas to pick him up, so he kind of had to give her money. idk
Either way, he is not being co-dependent now.
My heart breaks for Brian and everything that ev!l witch has put him through and even more importantly everything she has put and is still putting “L” through 😓
I wish both Brian and Jorge never ever meet that she dev!l, she is soulless and only cares about herself, that includes “L”, she puts herself before her own son.
Omg! I ❤ how you read the letters the way Sarah likely would! 😂
Brian Divorced her, moved away from her (twice now) and all of her lawyers quit her. You would think she would start getting the hint. A figurative one and a literal one, you need both, girl.

Thank you!! 🥰
Brian should petition the court for sole custody of the minor child. Unless the minor child chooses to see his mother he shouldn’t be made to & at the age of fourteen years old I don’t believe a court would require him to visit the mother nor could it be enforced. It’s sad that Sarah would put any
pressure on the minor child to do so.

100%! Her son is a pawn for her. She only cares about herself and her needs.

She is in the NETHERWORLD = i.e., prison.
She is owed a non-communal grave.
Agreed! I didn't realize it was still owed if someone is in jail. She's selfish. That money should go to their son.

I wish the magic of mama kisses lasted forever.

He is either a monster, or a fool himself.
Third pick?!!!?
If anyone wonders is SB is a narcissist, this letter puts all doubt to rest.
Tanika you're such a good Mom ❤
Brian is gone. He is not letting Sarah mess with him and son. Brian was first to deal with Sarah's "Monster Abuse". Then she use her "Monster Abuse" on Jorge BC he was a smaller man.
Why on earth should Brian be made to pay Sarah any money when she has been in jail for over 4 years? Brian has full care of the son.
Until her conviction she was presumed innocent, even though she was locked up. You cannot punish an innocent person, and if she had been acquitted Brian would be on the hook for the back alimony.
She couldn't get the apartment without Jorge. That's why his name was on the lease. She drank and cheated on him.
Also, did you notice on the stand how she said he was never removed from the lease? He became a different kind of tenant, is what she said. However, she sang a different tune to LEO on scene.
@TanikaTwoCents she lied as soon as she got on the stand
I've just recently found your channel and I am a bug fan already!you are absolutely beautiful and I love your energy and personality. Keep putting out great videos! 😊
Thank you so much!! Let me know if there is anything in particular you'd like to see!
Name change info is common in my state. I chose to keep my name for 2 reasons. One was it was my last name for 12 years and a hassle to change, and the second was because our daughter was just starting school, and it made things less confusing. When I got remarried several years later, I changed it to my new husband's name.
Brian paid 68,000 for her first attorney plus all the other money she begged off of him
She's a mooch for sure! He didn't pay for the first attorney though. (which is technically attorney #2). I did about it here: ua-cam.com/video/YWdf6vBepGY/v-deo.htmlsi=qZiJ5SecClyPUXiX
Mauricio Padilla was pro bono for the nearly 2 years he represented her.
10k?! I thought she said she was intelligent and excelled at everything?? Apparently that doesn’t include math! 😳 He got off WAY easy! 🤣
Exactly! Who knows what her contribution to the home was though... She's a drunk. $10K probably was a score for someone who is jobless and trying to figure out how to stay that way.
You are such a beautiful, wonderful Mother! 🥰
I appreciate you!
Once Sarah's in prison he shouldn't have to pay her one dime
So bummed I missed this!! Replay crew in the house!! 😊 I’m PERCHED!!!! ❤
Hello! Are you back home or still in NYC? We just finished a premiere of Sarah and her early shennanigans with family court once she was incarcerated. She knows NO bounds.
@ -Back in Pittsburgh! I’m two videos behind now! You’ve been a busy gal today! ❤️ So great to see you this week! 🫶🏻
Reporting for replay! 👋
What healthy mother wants to project upon their child to have an "extraordinary life"? No. Let him have an ordinary, beautiful, life of his own making, unless he stumbles across his own extraordinary opportunity. His to decide.
Holy crap Sarah is just diabolical!
😂😂😂 LMAO! I keep picturing the Judge reading Sara’s letter the way your reading it! 😂😂❤❤❤
@@KWRobin , Now, I hear Judge Kraynick 2 😆😂!!
@@KathleenMcGettigan😂😂😂😂
No one cares about your plight, Sarah. Lies about the brother. Such a dishonest person.
I wish that she would realize that everything that is happening quote unquote to her is all of her own doing imagine taking responsibility for your own life and mistakes if there's such thing
Responsibility and accountability are not know to Sarah. Not yet, anyway.
@@TanikaTwoCents I cannot even imagine.. if I even accidently hurt someone I would be falling all over myself apologizing and accepting any punishment I had coming because I deserved it. I cannot IMAGINE getting up in front of God and everyone making a FOOL of myself like this monster is. Such a disgrace to humanity
.
1. I adore your reading of Sarah's letters 😊
2. They REALLY should have provided this information to the mental health professionals who evaluated her. There is no way they would have only said she had narcissistic traits 😂
So is sharing the personal financial details of a case in family law. What Brian Boone--a victim of a now convicted murderer--makes or made for a living and is required to pay or not pay is, I repeat, no one else's business. It is your legal right, of course, to share such personal details, but exploiting human suffering in order to boost one's viewership is arguably, if not indubitably, in very bad taste. Unfortunately, the pervasive narcissism in our society has led to an attitude of anything for more views, even at the expense of someone else's dignity and one's own humanity. So count me out.
I love the way you stress things are Priceless Tanika
is there a part 2?
Yes! Had to repost it: ua-cam.com/video/qYTuuvoSn68/v-deo.htmlsi=gW_ajGu0lSo4dAok
49:31 omg Tanika, you are giving me life with this reading & making unpacking moving boxes sooooo much more enjoyable. Feels like I have my bff keeping me company. ❤
I'm so glad!
I kinda feel bad that Brian’s personal info is revealed here. I doubt he’d be happy about it.
