Hi Pavel I have just started bee keeping with my youngest daughter and we watch all your video's, great advice for new bee keeper's. "Q" I have a back problem and am of a certain age (60 years young), would you recommend a langstroth horizontal hive if it had all the features of a vertical hive?
Thank you for sharing your experience and also thank you to Anna. UK Bee keeper
You would probably do better with a HORIZONTAL BEE HIVE! That is great that you started with your daughter! We hope it goes well. :)
Anna, I mentioned that I didn't have a queen in my hive, so I just put in a queen about 3 days ago. I was told to wait at least 10 days before I check to make sure she is laying eggs. What does your dad think? I am hoping the hive will get strong again.
If it's a mated queen, she should start laying eggs. That sounds like good advice. I hope it works out for you!
@@AnnaKra Anna, I looked at my hive after 10 days of introducing a new queen. I released the queen and the bees seemed to accept her with no aggressive behavior. I will check the hive this coming Saturday to make sure I see eggs. Its a mated queen, so should I see eggs by this Saturday? Please ask your dad when you have a chance
@@chuckroast7053 Yes, if she is mated you should start seeing eggs!
Hi. Toate cele bune.
There is no right way or wrong way of doing a certain things in beekeeping. Everyone has their own styles. This is what's working for him best. It doesn't matter to him if it's American style or Russian style or any other style. What does matter to him if it's working for him. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Fiecare are propriile stiluri.
Ma intrebam doar daca in EU lucra tot asa. Multumesc si toate cele bune.
Where are you from where do you live
