tbh i don't agree with calling her a "villain." If by "villain" you mean that she killed about 280 people, it would mean that a significant number of rulers should also be called that way. At that time, how many people Mary killed was nothing spectacular, and all the "outrage" actually appeared after her death, due to Protestant propaganda. furthermore, although Mary was in fact a victim, she always had a good and kind heart. In my opinion, she was a good person until the end of her life :))

No one reigns without being loved, especially being a woman and catholic in those times. She had a court and many admirers, her spanish relatives and catholic subjects admired her greatly and had her back.

What do you mean by that? First of all, Mary was incredibly loved by her mother and (for a time) by her father, she had many devoted friends who never left her and she was loved by her subjects (not all of them, but still). Maybe she didn't find true love in marriage and had a hard life, but I think saying that no one loved her is quite cruel and not true.
Her father was a selfish man, he loved her when she was little, her mother was taken away when Mary was only seventeen, so the parental love quickly left her, but she still had people to support her. But for the most part, she went through life alone with her suffering, which she did not often show.
