Alba Gu Bra. Even though the movie is wrought with historical inaccuracy, it is by far one of the greatest movies I have ever seen, other than Outlaw King. The legacy of William Wallace is never forgotten, I am a son of Scotland and I am damn proud to be.
In this movie so many scenes brings me emotions. At very beginning of movie before Wallace’s father depart for a battle, young Wallace shows his enormous fighting spirit even with his small body. That part is telling orientation of movie and his way of life at a single moment. I don’t know the specific name of this method,but that part triggers me all epic moments highly emotional.
Braveheart is definately one of my favourite movies of all time. I've never seen such an inspirational amazing and incredible medieval movie 🙏🔝💯. The film may have its merits dramatically but does now show due respect to Scottish history and spreads misinformation. It would have been better to have fictionalised this tale by changing characters' names and place names in tge manner of Game of Thrones.

The opening scene you have when Wallace goes into Lanark for revenge is one of my favourites and one of the most tense and well produced scenes on the entire movie, of any movie. A classic. Many slag the movie off, but here are parts of that movie that were very well done!

Because America became the second “Land of the Free and Home of the Brave!” I got to kiss the ground of Fallkirk and look up at the 18’ tall statue of the 17th Robert the Bruce and thank him for catching the spark of freedom and making it a bon fire!

Did Wallace and Princess Isabelle consummate their attraction to one another? Regardless, this is one of my favorite films. Is there violence? You can't make a film about war without it, but unlike some films it is not gratuitous. Casting was superb. I'm a big fan of Brendan Gleeson because of this film. Loved Patrick McGoohan from way back, and he did not disappoint as Longshanks. James Horner's score is one of my favorites. I could listen to the bagpipes in the score all day. It's stunning music. This is the first film with Brian Cox and James Cosmo which I've seen.
The best is Wallace returning back to the camp finding out that they murdered his love, then unleashes fury on the English after convincing them he's given up. But you didnt show the whole scene. Gotta show the ride back when he enters the camp and then when he finally finishes the English captain, and the chant afterwards.
I still remember that old guy and his son. They are real good actors.
