Plus, the whole scene was funny the beginning. Hen, Eddie and Chim making a bet, you'd know something funny is going to happen.

People facing with moral dilemmas often have to deal with the most difficult choice: doing the right thing may not be good while doing the good thing may not be right. In the case of Mr Nowels, the homeowner, pushing the criminal off his roof qualified as doing the good thing. It was not the right thing to do as he had committed aggravated assault by pushing the guy off the roof, thus injuring the trespasser. Furthermore, he had opened himself to not only criminal charges, but also a civil lawsuit in causing bodily harm. After all, this scenario took place in California where the political leaders seemed more "concerned with the rights of criminals rather than the rights of victims". Still, he did a good thing because he resolved in a few seconds what the authorities were not able to do in six hours! Additionally, the criminal was considered to be armed and dangerous as he had a revolver and was in the act of committing a robbery when the police caused him to try to escape via rooftop: Mr Nowels settled the crisis without any shooting taking place. Finally, the criminal trespassed on Mr Nowels' property and denied him the right to feel safe in his own home. As such, he did a good thing by pushing the trespasser off his roof! I am not in favor of people taking the law into their own hands as the end result could be tragic. However, in this case, I commend Mr Nowels for having the courage and sensibility to effectively deal with a criminal!

Exactly. Perfectly in-character, accurate, down to the ordering pizza etc. One of the best scenes in the series

When I saw Bobby started chanting ”jump” I couldn’t stop laughing
He was there for hours
Not going to lie I would do that too
