Thanks for the feedback! That's awesome man! I tune both, top and bottom heads the same, if you use a tune-bot, it would be 140hz for the rack tom and about 100hz for the floor tom. I would say the coated Remo Emperor head helps a lot as well. Lastly I do add some compression and eq, but tuning is the key.
