Put a plow on the Chevy!!!
It’s less expensive maintenance wise to use just equipment wise and not put a plow on the truck. I have a BOSS 9’-2” V on the front of my truck and I do Ball Joints and U-Joints every year because of plowing snow and our loader needs virtually nothing other than regular oil changes and grease.

You should carry a knife or boxcutter with you or leave it with the salt so you don't have to use your keys. It's alot easier and faster, plus you don't have to worry about your keys rusting or getting salt inside of a lock because it got on the key

Amazes me that you leave your gear outside in the winter / low temps. Why not get a 40foot shipping container & park the gear inside @ the storage yard ? Easy for me to question, as it is 39c + here in Australia

I do residential concrete in Minnesota and have always seen and heard if you shut down during winter your always fighting to catch back up during the warm months and never getting ahead, so I was just wondering during the winter minus the storage sheds and miscellaneous jobs how do you keep profit coming in?
