Do you take any bottoms off whilst in tank? It’s something we do a lot at work in our dpvs to keep the yeast dropping out the tank. Lagers are also the only thing we fine with finings adjunct and super f from Murphy’s.
I drop the cone the day after brewday and after about 10 days in the tank to harvest the yeast. With such small tanks my FV would be half empty by the end if I did it much more 🤣 I’m trying to stay clear of finings but I might have to. Thanks for the comments Ben 🍻
