    You ONLY close now the shops that are selling fireworks that are not compliant. This is a joke.

    PRIORITIZING foreign owned shop ownership checks to shut them down versus allowing citizen in South Africa to recklessly set off fireworks which traumatize all the animals. Political agenda are more important than resolving actual issues. Patrol and charge people setting off fireworks in residential and high density areas.

    South Aftica has Laws ,but are shelfed for 11 months but,get applied. The same are with Spaza,Pakistan Ethiopia, national get inspected only when children have lost their life's, This is how after tears government department acts .
