A relay is a switch that can power all kinds of automotive electronics such as a starter, fan, horn, and more.
This quick test is being performed on a Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, or Dodge Magnum and this test should show how good the wiper relays are before other more costly and timely repairs are performed like removing the wiper motor or replacing the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM).

Wiper don't turn off on my Hyundai creta 1.4 can u help. It's rainy season here. Moisture or other issue
Try removing and reinstalling the wiper arms...and nut holds them in place. It could be loose or not torqued properly. Check and replace the wiper blades if bad as well.
