Quick breakfast morning routine, chronic migraines, spencer's grooming experience!

This is my usual breakfast, short and sweet. very quick. Original I was not going to put that bit about the migraine but I want to let you know why this video was so short (I've been then every single say for weeks single my Ajovy shots wore off. As I am posting this I got the shots yesterday and I am already feeling better. If you suffer from chronic migraines like I do, look up Ajovy. It really was a game changer with my pain. and of coarse the last part my sweet Spencer need a groom! He usually gets an "Asian Fusion Style" cut but since it's been so hot it we went for wore on the short side. When it get's cold again, He can have is "muscle man style" back.
And Yes, I had a few slip ups with my speech but I think I was better than last time. ✓
