Imagine Los Angeles in 1914, paradise. Best climate in the U.S., booming citrus trade, movie studios, clean air, Pacific Ocean nearby. Likely this family owned acres of land surrounding their home. I'm nostalgic for this "heaven on Earth."
Just like a time machine! So many original features, that just need some cleaning and touch up. Many homes of this era were not been maintained, and have been lost to the wrecking ball. I hope the perfect person will become the next caretaker. My Grandfather's uncle lived in L A in 1914, and I have some fascinating post cards showing sailing ships in San Pedro harbor, and ladies with big hats picking strawberries in the San Fernando Valley. A very classy presentation, ma'am.
What a fun and interesting place! I don’t think I would change anything. Lovely!!

Me! I’ll transform it and love it!
