There's no denying it. Xiang Liu carries this drama on his back and is by far the best character in this drama. Xiaoyao may even break up with Jing and they even make a visually beautiful couple, but the compatibility and chemistry only exists between her and Xiang Liu. When the two are together I can even feel butterflies in my stomach. So far he's been the only character that stands out early on despite the evil he's done. There are those who find him petty, toxic but there is no denying that Tan Jianci's performance is impeccable. He dressed this character like a glove. Every time he appears, he hypnotizes us not only with his beauty but with everything. I love his expressions, voice and his intensity. I hope that in the future he can act again with Yang Zi as a couple without a love triangle 😌

While the bloodsucker never lied to her, she always knew all that she needed to know his intentions and all. He didn't hide or lie or even stop protecting her. Personal opinion I rather have a person by my side whose intentions are clear as someone that breaks his promises and another one that lies. Life is full of shitty people who misbelieve and disbelieve. Having someone that is honest even if it hurts at least you know that person is genuine

But that Chenrong guy is left clueless because all these 3 guys, although there were instances they were all present, their feelings for her were all hidden except him.
