I have been to Beamish, must have been 25 years ago, on leaving we said we ought to have gone for 2 days and not just 1, seeing what there is now, 3 to 4 days to get it all in would be nearer.

They are building a new section so you will need two days if you go again. A ticket lasts you a full year.
