My experience with positive affirmations is that eventually the negatives come up naturally and when they do, don't let them stay obstacles . Write them down, whatever thoughts or feelings they are, and then write out a reversal to add to your daily list. If it's a heavy one devote more time and energy to rehearsing it by itself, like one positive statement x5 mins x3 times per day until it weakens. Or You can make more statements from multiple angles. (I am Always, our relationship is, I feel, we are)

No for as long as you dont stay with your limiting beliefs for too long
My experience with positive affirmations is that eventually the negatives come up naturally and when they do, don't let them stay obstacles . Write them down, whatever thoughts or feelings they are, and then write out a reversal to add to your daily list. If it's a heavy one devote more time and energy to rehearsing it by itself, like one positive statement x5 mins x3 times per day until it weakens. Or You can make more statements from multiple angles.
