I feel you girl when it comes to the loss of energy...I feel the same way. I just try and slow down and take my time especially when it comes to cleaning...I pace myself and eventually it gets done. And the Migraines...OMG...I' don't think any pain is worst then that except for labor pains or a bad tooth ache.

Yes I diagnosed with Episodic Paroxysmal Hemicrania, not intractable.I do believe it came from me over thinking and stressing about my finances since I've been home from work due to an work injury. After I ended up in ER, it was definitely a wake-up call, so now I just try to keep my mind clear, and vlogging helps me a lot.

Thank you 😊. I did house shopping 3 years ago, and something happened, and I got discouraged. I would move to go rent no other space unless I'm moving into my own home because New York is extremely expensive, and I would rather invest in something that's mine. One day, i will start looking again, but I'm not ready because I'm trying to get my health on track 1st.

Gurll, I'm a mess. I have migraines, high blood pressure, I'm anemic, and I was also diabetic but I reversed it. Thank God. All these problems in my early 40's lol
