She'Meka Ann's heel classes are geared towards all levels of dance. The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.

I love how She'Meka encourages her students to tap into their own brand of sexy, I feel like her approach to teaching choreography adds such a unique spark to the performance. They're doing the same dance and doing they're own thing at the same time, I always find myself re-watching her videos over and over so I can hone in on one dancer at a time, cuz they all have a specific flair that you don't wanna miss. Plus her style is just dope as hell, and I think of the more the more popular dance platforms on UA-cam, hers has the most Black girl magic, which I live for.

I've been binging tons of choreo videos, it's just my thing now lol. I see a lot of same or similar moves by other choreographers, don't know which came first but you can only move the body in so many ways, so, naturally, that's gonna just happen sometimes. What sets this apart to me is howww they do it, the energy they give, and how they mix it up and make it their own thing. Adding this to my favorites for sure 😍
