Lil John nice description for kit beers, I am a learner so its great value how you compare kits to grain, its valued knowledge. I am interested in a kit that can be semi Australian Lager but not the dry enzymes addition, which may make it into a hybrid of two styles, definitely interested in how to drop the twang techniques other then aging which is just a must. Basically give a kit Lager its best potential.

When i use to do kits i used to do the following and it turned out quite good.
