I've listened to this at least five times in the past 24 hours and it's made me tear up a little every time at the patience, support, acceptance, and love. Thank you so much for creating this and sharing with us! ♥
Its 1:43 am and panic attack lasted almost an hour i've listen to at least six of these but this one was the one that help me ground myself. I couldn't tell if I was real or not for a second and death was upon me (at least what it felt like). In my head Death = Infinite Darkness which made it worse. I lose my sense of touch for a second couldn't tell if anything is real. I don't mean to rant I just im scared what life after my time is up and I have trauma of loss ever since I couldn't look at life the same. Thank you for listening and Mr. Hank miller thank you for reassuring me💗💗

This is what I want when I have these or I'm depressed but when I was sick a while back my ex now but was my babe then accused me of cheating when he cheated on me then a pic happened and it was like rubbed in my face like i wasnt good enough and it still hurts I still blame myself and my anxiety triggers randomly now especially memories or hearing certain things it still hurts I just want this when I'm down instead of being called a monster
