    Crash pads are soooo hit or miss!!! Some are horrible and some are so amazing that you wouldn’t even mind “living there” full time. I was so blessed to have an amazing one in Kee Gardens 7 years ago!

    I just discovered your channel and I love the behind the scenes of a flight attendant. I am currently in the interview process to be a flight attendant. Keep posting more videos!

    Is it better to have a crash pad or an apartment if you’re a new flight attendant on reserve?

    • @ninavida4381
      @ninavida4381  6 років тому

      jane star depends on if you have a home somewhere else! You can start off with a crashpad to see if it works for you at first

    Wouldn’t Airbnb be better if you’re spending about $500 for rent anyway?

    Do you have to stay at the crashpads? Or are you allowed to stay somewhere else? For an example are you allowed to live with a friend for a few days or few months ? Hopefully I explained that right lol

    If you're a commuter on reserve wouldn't you need a crashpad in your base state AND a permanent residence in your home state?

    • @ninavida4381
      @ninavida4381  5 років тому +2

      yes! but I lived out of this Crashpad since the owner didn't have strict rules but then I moved into an apartment with 3 roommates

      NinaVida Good info. Crash pads sound like an unfortunate situation waiting to happen. However, with your new apartment and roommates, is your share of the monthly rent slightly less than it was at the crash pad? Did you get locked into a minimum length contract? How does it work when it comes to chores, responsibility, privacy, etc?

  • @daisykaee
    @daisykaee 6 років тому +1

    Wow! I live in a crashpad for now :( and didn’t know they were illegal! Never really thought about it! That’s so crazy.

    • @ninavida4381
      @ninavida4381  6 років тому

      Daisy MaKayla yeah, but there’s lots of them!

    • @allthingsdelightful8565
      @allthingsdelightful8565 6 років тому

      It is illegal. If you are renting an apartment its listed on the lease the number of persons allowed in the unit.

    • @astralartist4
      @astralartist4 5 років тому

      Daisy MaKayla most cities have housing code laws for fire safety and noise. I think max occupancy for a 1 bedroom is 2 people for instance
