SOLYANKA National Meat (Soup)

  • Hi all! Today I have for you my favorite recipe for aromatic soup - mixed meat solyanka. Ideal for those who love hearty and rich soups. I have been making solyanka using this recipe for many years and it always turns out very tasty. Perfect for both lunch and dinner.
    Ingredients:
    1. Meat (I have beef on the bone) -500 g
    2. Onion - 2 pcs (1 pc for broth, 1 pc for frying)
    3. Pickled cucumbers -400 g
    4. Carrots - 1 pc.
    5.Tomato paste -2 tbsp
    6. Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
    7.Sausages - 2 pcs (130 g)
    8.Semi-smoked sausage -120 g
    9.Hunting sausages - (semi-smoked) -70 g
    10.Ham -100 g
    11. Pitted olives -60 g
    12. Liquid from olives -100 g
    13. Water for frying - 100 ml.
    14. Lemon - 1 pc.
    15. Greens
    16.Salt and pepper to taste.
