When I made homemade apricot jam, the greatest pleasure was kneading homemade buns with homemade apricot jam.
I don't know if the dough smelled like buns or jam mmmm, and even the summer heat didn't stop me from mixing them and enjoying their taste.
Ingredients needed:
1 kg flour Sencansko smooth type 400
yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
300 ml of warm milk
300 ml of yogurt
200 ml of oil
2 eggs
Divide the resulting dough into 4 parts. Cut into 8 or 16 parts
fill each part with a small amount of jam
Arrange the rolls in a baking tray
beat 1 egg yolk with a little milk and coat the rolls,
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes, depending on the power of the oven.
