Maine sp-south1 select Kiya but usme t2 micro instance not available hai aisa show kar raha to instance nahi bana paa rahe hai kaise resolve hoga ye

Hello sir,
1.this instance type is not supported for EC2 serial console
2. error establishing SSH connection to your instance. Try again later
3 -i is not recognised as an internal or external command operable program or batch file

Hi Gaurav , i tried the same thing with ssh -i .PEMFILE ubuntu@public ip address but still not able to connect video 12

after putting this command, i am getting below error.
ssh: Could not resolve hostname 13-201-128-138: Name or service not known
i am unable to resolve it, please help
